Perfect Stays Ltd is an exclusive holiday lettings company that rents out special and unique holiday homes for luxury holidays, special occasions, house party venues and short breaks in Cornwall, Devon & Somerset. We also provide inclusive concierge services to all our guests from their initial booking, right up until their departure day, so that they have the ultimate Perfect Stays experience. 

Our Market 

Perfect Stays was created for the exclusive rental market not only with the ability to offer the highest end concierge services but also with a honed insight and understanding of exactly what guests and owners need and want. Our proposition is further aided with the developing trend for luxury "StayCations" and for the demand for truly exclusive and inspirational luxury accommodation in Cornwall and the South West of England.

Area of Operation  

Our area of operation is currently in Cornwall & Somerset and we are looking for to expand both of these areas as well as in Devon. We do have plans to move into new areas of the UK but only when the right opportunities arise that's good for our customers and us.

Our Experience 

With broad marketing, sales and e-services backgrounds previously within the FTSE 100 arena, our multi award winning directors have developed bespoke holiday rental websites and on-line marketing campaigns for a number of private premium home owners which has proved to be highly successful and lucrative in every case. They have also been in the exclusive end of holiday rentals for a number of years and have developed market leading holiday home services, as well as a well developed concierge service.

What We Know  

Guests staying at a Perfect Stays property are generally time poor and they don't want to just rent a special holiday home, they want to have access to everything local as well as some lifestyle services. They also then want someone to help and/or then co-ordinate it all for them. Perfect Stays provide inclusive concierge services from the moment a guest books until the day of departure. Our concierge team can help with advising on everything local, what services are avaliable whilst staying at the property, where are the best places to eat and so on. We can then also co-ordinate everything if required and help deliver a first class guest experience at all our holiday homes.

Owners with special properties often have little experience of renting properties commercially and generally feel let down by some of the companies that purport to offer a rental service in the exclusive end of the market. Another key drawback for owners of special properties is that they are, like their guests, generally time poor and they really want someone to provide a complete rental management service at realistic commission rates, considering the high rental values of their properties. Perfect Stays deals with everything connected to preparing and then running a sucessful holiday home so that our owners can concentrate on other things.

Our Directors 

Scott Fairhurst 

Scott worked within the Rentokil Initial Group and held senior positions such as Branch Manager, Area Director and latterly he was the Sales & Marketing Director. Before joining Rentokil, Scott held management positions within Cornwall based businesses. 

Tina Fairhurst 

Tina also worked for the Rentokil Initial Group. She held senior management positions and set up two national accounts departments. Before joining Rentokil Initial, she was an Associate Director for the Southern Business Group.
