Well thought out study area with glass roof and engineered walnut floor which is set to an office desk, cupboards and one chair but the desk can be folded away and two single beds fold out of the units. There is a printer in the office that can be used if needed. Prior agreement must be sought before using this area as a bedroom.

A beautiful shower/wet room that is very useful for everyday use, coming back off the beach or simply as a downstairs cloakroom.

On the deck there is a gas fired barbeque, large table & chairs, four designer sun loungers and if it gets a bit chilly, then the infra red heaters are a welcome feature.

There is also an external shower which is great for getting sand off the wetsuits, cleaning muddy paws and generally embracing the outdoor life.
