Ocean Point is one of the best luxury holiday homes in the UK today. The interiors are stunning and the location is breathtaking.
Completed in December 2012, this exceptional, luxury self catering house, known locally as 'one of the four' is an incredibly stylish and stunning beachside holiday home. With incredible sea and beach views (when the tide is out) you can zip up the wetsuit and within moments, you'll be catching waves!
The interiors were stylishly developed and undertaken by Jill Stein and the end result is truly incredible. With five bedrooms with en-suites, five balconies of which all naturally have sea views, cinema room, large lounges, kitchen and dining areas, this is one of the best located, styled and designed houses avaliable in the UK.
For the golfers, you can walk across to the Trevose Golf Course with your clubs, children will love the rock pools at Boobys Bay, beaches (Boobys Bay & Constantine Bay) and of course the sea and for lovers of everything food, you've got Padstow and Rock on your doorstop.

Ocean Point is an exceptional property and every aspect of it has the real WOW factor! The massive scale of the fabulous holiday home is complemented in the stunning sumptuous design of the interiors. As soon as you walk through the front door you are met by a stunning glass landing from the floor above, views across the huge dining room, the garden and rooms off to both sides.
The dining room features an amazing huge wood dining table with Cherner chairs and a beautiful Jacques Pergay chandelier above. Bi-fold doors to the garden are mirrored on either side by full length bonquette seating.
The sleek contemporary kitchen is fully fitted to a very high specification. Kitchen appliances include Gaggenau full length fridge, Gaggenau full length freezer with perpetual ice maker, two Gaggenau dishwashers, full length Gaggenau wine chiller, two Gaggenau double ovens, toaster and an induction hob. The kitchen is centred around a large kitchen island with sink and Quooker instant boiling water tap. Four beautifully crafted mango wood bar stools sit to the far the end of the island and is a great place to sit and enjoy this brilliant kitchen and views of the garden out of the bi-fold doors. Set the mood with the fantastic lutron lighting system.

Upon opening the double doors to the master bedroom you are immediately greeted with the amazing sea views over Booby's Bay. Large bi-fold doors stretch along the length of the room with the inviting superking bed perfectly positioned to make the most of these superb views. Why not kick back, open the bi-fold doors, jump back into bed and just watch the everchanging beach scenery. There is a large glass panelled shower room and a separate en-suite with large feature ceramic white sink and WC. The bedroom also features a large freestanding bath that you can relax into with the pleasure of that great sea view. Booby's Bay / Constantine Bay
Just moments away you have the fantastic tidal beach of Booby's Bay. Uncovered at low tide it is a fantastic bay for exploring rock pools, relaxing on the beach and taking a dip in the sea. Adjoining Booby's Bay is Constantine Bay which can be accessed at high and low tide. Both beaches are great for surfing or bodyboarding and when you've finished for the day it's only a short stroll back to the house where you can enjoy the fantastic outdoor hot shower and hang your wetsuits in the drying room ready to do it all over again the next day! Just outside of the garden you can also pick up the coast path and walk round to Trevose Head, Harlyn Bay and Padstow.
The lovely big open garden offers great privacy and lots of different areas to enjoy. There are two large tables and chairs that sit on the patio just outside of the bi-fold doors to the kitchen and dining room. When you open these doors back it creates a really great indoor/outdoor space and allows the warm sea breeze to flow through the house. There is a fantastic pergola with stone surround and fire pit that creates the perfect set up for enjoying a warm summers evening relaxing together with the sound of the waves crashing in the background.
There is a gated entrance at the front of the property that opens onto a large drive area in front of the house with ample parking. Large stone boulder islands and landscaping sets the scene for Ocean Point as soon as you drive through the gate!
