The real pièce de résistance of Roscarrock, the extensive open plan kitchen, dining area and garden room lead onto an elevated sea-view terrace. Perfect for socialising, gather everyone together over summer lunches before heading to the beach. The garden gate leads straight onto the coast path and onto the sand, so you’ll be catching waves within minutes.
Framed by glass doors, savour the panorama across Porthcothan Bay from the master bedroom’s super king bed. Finished with a Juliet balcony, en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, you’ll never want to leave. Next door, another super king bedroom looks out across the bay and features a Juliet balcony and en-suite. There’s also a versatile zip and link room with en-suite, which can be set up with two additional truckle beds.
Tucked away on the lower ground floor, three stylish zip and link rooms look out onto the garden and beach beyond. There’s one en-suite and a family bathroom, plus a huge wet room and steam room which are perfectly placed for coming off the coast path and into the warm.

Further along the north coast, Mawgan Porth, Watergate Bay and Harlyn all attract some of the best surfing in Cornwall. This is the second time we have booked with Perfect Stays. They offer great friendly service and on both occasions, the properties have been top class. Roscarrock was our latest stay, it offered so much space and comfort for a party of 12 adults but the thing that made it so special was the amazing view, we'd definitely like to return.

A wonderful beach is on your doorstep, the views are great, and the house has everything that you need.
