This has just got to be one of the best and most creative bedrooms of any property. One of the main design points for Sea House was that the master bedroom had to maximise the incredible sea views from the 6ft bed and this has definitely been achieved. The furniture was designed and manufactured in Cornwall and they have cleverly exploited the sea views with the curved island style wardrobes and bed arrangement. The wood is American Black Walnut (which is quite brown) with a ripple sycamore inlay. The ceiling are sloped to a very high point where this space has amplified to house two very impressive mirrors. The carpet is a deep pile cream carpet that sets the room off very well. As well as a great use of space and light, modern technology has also been employed with mainly electronic blinds all operated from remote controls as well as the Velux window! There is also a flatscreen LCD television with Blu ray player and Sky HD. This impressive room also has french doors out onto its own private balcony with marvellous views across the beach, the sea and the nearby coastline.

Just providing some feedback on our trip to Sea House in July. The house is spectacular - I was amazed that such high spec fittings (Mark Wilkinson, Ralph Lauren, Laufen, Villeroy and Boch, Designers Guild, Duravit etc etc) had been chosen for a house that is being rented out. It is very very unusual to see this! The house has the most amazing location and despite its high end fitting out it is also practical - everyone from young to old thoroughly enjoyed themselves and there was nothing we could fault. If the house remains available for rental we will definitely be coming back.
The Bates Family, Surrey
We have just returned from spending a week in February at the amazing Sea House in Porth. The house was designed with great detail and has the most fantastic views. We have three small children and the house suited us perfectly. The house is literally on the beach. Porth beach has lots of sand but also caves for exploring and rocks to climb. You can walk from the house to Watergate Bay with its choice of fantastic restaurants. There are lots of really good restaurants in the area, with Rick Stein's numerous Padstow restaurants and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen being the most well known. We made great use of the pool every day, it is lovely warm as is the air around the pool. We even had some sun in Corwall while the rest of the UK had snow. Overall the most amazing house we have ever stayed in.
The Lockwood Family, Wiltshire
After a cold wet day exploring the beaches and walking across the beautiful cliffs it was heaven returning to the 'Sea House ' and relaxing in the superb swimming pool. All the kids, big and small, had a great time and were very sorry to leave. Would you please pass on our gratitude to the owners who allowed us to stay in their unique house. Here's hoping that we will all be able to stay with you again soon.
The Mitchell Family, Kent
We got really lucky with the weather – wall to wall sunshine - so we just stayed close to home and made the most of the beautiful Sea House, sundeck and Beach. Sea House itself was fantastic with everything we needed. We took some of the recommendations from the handbook: Lewinick Lodge was as good as expected – great food and fab sunset views. The Phoenix at Watergate was very disappointing with poor food. Trevilley Farm Shop was brilliant. Although a basic pub, we had great steaks at the Mermaid Quiz night, with the added bonus of walking home across the beach in the moonlight after a few pints of Rattler! Porth beach is great. We were a mixed age group so being able to gain access without crossing a road was good, as was the absence of surfers, and the acres of space for games at low tide. We waded round the headland to Lusty Glaze (for jetskis and Banana boating) at low tide which was great fun.
All-in-all the best UK holiday we have ever had!! Thank you
