Indoor Heated Swimming Pool

Exceptional indoor swimming pool area that boasts a non chlorine heated swimming pool which also has a shower area and one side of a large indoor tropical fish tank. Not only is the swimming pool heated but the air temperature around this stunning pool is also controlled. At one end of the pool, there is also a lovely view across the popular Porth beach.

Lounge & Bar

A beautiful bespoke bar is the focal point of the room with its wooden top and it also has a range of optics fitted and a drinks fridge. If you want to chill out further, there are also two leather sofas with a large wall mounted LCD flatscreen with Blu ray and Sky HD. The tropical fish in the large fish tank are mesmerising and help keep a tranquil balance in this lovely room. Add to this the circular lighting system and a separate cloakroom, you'll probably spend hours in here and watching your family or friends in the swimming pool through the glass doors.

Utility & Shower Room

If you are just coming back off the beach and need a shower then if you go through the garage there is a large shower room that leads into a small utility room.

Garage

The garage is very large and will take at least one car which is accessed via a large sliding electronic garage door. There is also plenty of room in here to keep all your beach accessories.

Kitchen / Dining Room / Sea Lounge

Luxury is a very over used word these days but in the true sense of the word, this is luxury at its very finest! 

Sea Lounge

At the front of the kitchen there is a great lounge area with built in banquette seating to sit and watch the tidal motions of the sea and the daily activities on Porth beach and Porth island. There is also a wall mounted 40" flat screen television that is connected to Sky television and has Freeview capabilities as well.

Kitchen

Set on a tiled floor, the kitchen is an imaginative and bespoke Mark Wilksinson New England kitchen which is styled with many unique and trademark features. With granite, Maple and glass bar tops, the kitchen has a white two bowl ceramic sink and one separate hand wash sink inset into the island. Add to this custom made tray storage, chopping boards for lemons, limes and olives as well as a built in bread storage unit. The appliances specification is fully loaded with Miele wine cooler, Miele microwave, Miele dishwasher, free standing Amana fridge/freezer, two oven gas Aga with an integrated conventional Aga cooker with gas hob and a waste disposal unit under the main kitchen sink. There are a range of base and wall units together with tall storage and display units and the the lighting is provided via a Lutron system. From the kitchen, there is also a private staircase up to the master bedroom.

Dining Area

Step down to the engineered oak floored dining/breakfast area which has seating for ten as well as a door that leads onto the rear decked area of the property. 

Cloakroom

A very stylish cloakroom with designer fittings and an amazing tap that lights up the water red or blue, depending on how you mix the water!

Garden Room

To the rear of the property is a long garden room which has two sofas and on warm days, you can slide the bi-fold doors right across and extend the inside, outside! Great area for relaxing and reading.

Living Room

Sit in this sumptious lounge and watch Sky HD on the large 55" LCD television, chill out whilst watching the burning logs in the wood burner, open the french doors onto the large decked area and take in the simply stunning sea and beach views or all of the above! As well as accessing the large deck, you also can access the study deck from the side door.

Main Deck

Some properties talk a lot about their views which sometime can disappoint but the views from this elevated deck are just simply awesome. Look across the whole of Porth beach, watch the waves breaking at all points of the tidal movements or just watch the world go by.

Study

For those that really want to work, there is a small study but there are not many that have the sea views that this one does! There is a desk, chair and comfortable bench seat and it also has hard wired internet access.

Bedroom Five

With extensive sea views, angled high ceilings and bespoke European Oak with cluster burr detail free standing furniture. It has a 5ft bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, four drawer unit, dressing table and stool as well as a 40" LCD wall mounted flatscreen, Blu ray player and Sky HD. 

Bathroom (serves bedrooms four & five)

A very stylish and large bathroom with built in Villeroy & Boch bath, wall hung bathroom furniture, wall hung WC and a shower cubicle that also has body jets, rainfall shower head and it's also a steam cubicle!

Bedroom Four

This bedroom is at the back of the property and it is beautifully furnished with white painted colonial style furniture. There is a 5ft bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table, stool, double wardrobe, five drawer unit and a shelf unit. As with all the bedrooms, there is a 40" flatscreen wall mounted LCD television, Blu ray player and Sky television. One of the great features of this room is the sloped ceilings which helps the room feel even more spacious.

Master Bedroom

This has just got to be one of the best and most creative bedrooms of any property. One of the main design points for Sea House was that the master bedroom had to maximise the incredible sea views from the 6ft bed and this has definitely been achieved. The furniture was designed and manufactured in Cornwall and they have cleverly exploited the sea views with the curved island style wardrobes and bed arrangement. The wood is American Black Walnut (which is quite brown) with a ripple sycamore inlay. The ceiling are sloped to a very high point where this space has amplified to house two very impressive mirrors. The carpet is a deep pile cream carpet that sets the room off very well. As well as a great use of space and light, modern technology has also been employed with mainly electronic blinds all operated from remote controls as well as the Velux window! There is also a flatscreen LCD television with Blu ray player and Sky HD. This impressive room also has french doors out onto its own private balcony with marvellous views across the beach, the sea and the nearby coastline.

Master En-suite

A mind blowing large en-suite to the highest of specifications. With superb lighting, his 'n' hers white basins, built in mirrored cabinets, separate WC area, separate hand wash basin and a large Duravit bath. Behind the bath is a large shower enclosure with tiled bench, multi function shower head and its also doubles as a steam room. 

Bedroom Two

Another sumptuous bedroom with stunning sea views. All the bedroom furniture is bespoke and it is made from European Oak with a cluster burr detail. There is a 5ft bed, double wardrobe, four drawer unit, dressing table and chair. For entertainment there is a wall mounted LED HD televsion with a Blu ray player and Sky HD.

A superb bathroom with a shower enclosure that also doubles as a steam room, fitted bath and fitted wall hung bathroom furniture.

Bedroom Three

This bedroom is to the rear of the property and it is beautifully laid out with an angled sloping ceiling. The bespoke bedroom furniture is painted white in a colonial style. There is a 5ft bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, double wardrobe, dressing table, stool, five drawer unit and an open shelved display unit. For entertainment there is a wall hung LCD flatscreen television with Blu ray player and Sky TV.

Location, location, location!!

Sea House is an imposing property situated just up from the popular Porth beach. You can't help but marvel at this award winning property and the views from the front are just superb.

Just walk down the path and you are on Porth beach or you can walk along the coast path into and around Lusty Glaze and Newquay. When the tide is right out, you can walk around and down to Watergate Bay but be careful of the tide.

Front of Property

You access the property through two electronic gates and can park in the drive or garage. There are two small lawned areas and steps upto the impressive main deck. Wherever you walk, you generally have great views of the beach and sea.

Rear of property

Outside the garden room, there is a decked area and patio area that has garden furniture and sun loungers. For alfresco dining there is a gas barbeque and a sloping grassed area. You can also access the side path via a rear gate. When the bi-fold doors are opened up, it really helps extend the usability of the area.
