Local Property Managers
The local property manager is at the end of a phone to deal with any emergencies at the property or to help with any problems should they arise. They will be very familiar with the property and will also have access to a number of dedicated local contractors who can help in certain situations.
Guest Information Tablets and Folders
Every Perfect Stays property will have a guest information tablet or folder. They will have been created by either Perfect Stays or the owner of the property and will have useful information about the property, local area and a list of important contact telephone numbers.
