As of Monday 23rd March, we are no longer accepting new bookings with arrivals before 25th June.
On the evening of Monday 23rd March, the government imposed strict instructions for people to remain at home for the next three weeks and not to travel unless it’s absolutely essential. It has been outlined that travel for holiday purposes is not considered as essential travel. Further to this, the government have also announced that all holiday accommodation must close.
Consequently, for those guests who can no longer go ahead with their stay during this period, we kindly request contacting your insurance provider or bank directly in the first instance. Of course, we will help by providing any necessary booking documents to support your claim.
We’re doing our best to offer transfers to alternative available dates, wherever possible. Due to huge demand and limited availability, we’re afraid that this is not a guarantee and will only be available at each owner’s discretion. Unfortunately, this isn’t possible for every property. If we’re able to arrange a transfer, we will not be charging our normal administration fees.
We’re currently experiencing exceptionally high volumes of calls and emails. As such, we will only be responding to queries relating to bookings with an arrival date within the next two weeks as a priority for the time being. We understand that this is an upsetting time for everyone involved, but we kindly ask that you bear with us.
