The chic self-contained kitchen is perfectly equipped to cater for a family of four, with a sociable built-in booth seating and high-spec appliances, including a Siemens induction hob, microwave oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and DeLonghi coffee machine.
Please note: guests with pacemakers should avoid using the induction hob as this can interfere with the device.
Bedroom One En-suite
A sumptuous super king bed beckons in this snug bedroom, which also offers a twin option. Beautifully furnished with calming sage green accents and intelligently designed. Contemporary style harmonises with the original characters of this former barn; original stone peeks through rough rendering, and exposed wood lintels remind occupants of Callywith’s unique past.

Callywith benefits from a small grassy lawn to the rear of the property. This sheltered sun trap gazes up at the tree canopy and is the perfect spot to lay out a blanket and bask in the sun with a book.

An enormous shared garden and courtyard is the central hub to the Cardinham Barns. A vast grassy lawn is the perfect spot for games and sunbathing, while the shared BBQ area, with built-in ice bucket, is the spot for toasting the occasion as the sun dips behind the treetops. There is also a purpose built bike store to secure your bikes after a day exploring the trails.

Parking
There is one dedicated parking space for Callywith, and one first-come first-serve space available. For those with limited mobility, it is possible to drive up to the front door, if needed. The pathway outside the barns is well lit and there’s a luggage cart on hand to help on arrival.
Cardinham Woods
Cardinham Woods is a picture-perfect forest spanning 650 acres, boasting excellent cycling, mountain biking, walking and horse riding trails, there really is something for the whole family. Just a short stroll from Cardinham Barns sits the excellent family run Woods Café, serving delicious homemade food all year round. A wonderful children’s’ play park will provide hours of fun and help burn off some energy for a restful night’s sleep when returning to your woodland retreat.
