A tailored blend of rich, rustic textures and smooth polished furnishings highlight the luxurious design with a subtle nod to the bohemian, while an understated seaside theme sails effortlessly throughout. Savour spectacular sea views from the roof terrace or curl up in a window seat and gaze across the patchwork of luscious countryside and sprawling coastline.

Elegantly set across two floors and joined by a magnificent exposed wood staircase, Prennek House encourages sociable dining in the bright and breezy kitchen and restful afternoons in the open plan lounge. A spacious ground floor bedroom with neighbouring shower room promises easy access for guests with limited mobility. Just beyond the sliding patio doors, a garden and wraparound deck invite families and groups of friends to celebrate special occasions with a relaxed coastal backdrop.

Upstairs, guests can break away from the group on the roof terrace and enjoy a nightcap as stars punctuate the night sky. Featuring a light and airy en-suite Master Bedroom, as well as two further sea-view bedrooms, the first floor also benefits from a bespoke family bathroom tiled in vibrant blue hues. The glistening shores of Mawgan Porth beach can be relished within a five minute wander, not forgetting an abundance of charming Cornish towns and beaches just along the coast.
