Wolf Rock En-suite Bedroom
This ground floor king bedroom may be one of the smallest, but it’s no less inviting. Each room within The Tide House is full of unique character and charm. Wolf Rock embodies the original Cornish cottage with its feature stone wall, contrasting harmoniously with the sleek en-suite shower room.
Living Room
The living room is an enormous family room, furnished with inviting plump sofas. A large wood burning fire set into a deep hearth is a welcome feature in the colder months.
Dining Room
The kitchen, dining room and living room are semi-open plan, connected by two large stone doorways making this whole area a fantastic social space. A wall of bi-fold doors opens up into the elegant walled courtyard, extending this already enormous space even more – perfect for a special celebration.

The kitchen and breakfast bar have a lovely feeling of openness and togetherness. The room is well equipped with high spec appliances including a Smeg oven and spacious refrigerator.
The Den
Double doors lead from the dining area into a snug little hideaway for the children, their very own retreat away from the grown-ups. Stocked full of games, DVDs, a PS3 and books, The Den is a little haven for playing children.
The further you ascend the property, the more the bedrooms begin to feel like secluded apartments. This sense of complete privacy and enormity provides each guest a retreat within a retreat.

Lizard and its neighbouring bedroom Longships mirror one another with cleverly designed mezzanine floors with two singles for the children above the king size bed . This room is perfect for a young family whose children may want to stay near the parents.
Children will love their lofted mezzanine beds and will remain undisturbed by parents below who are able to retain a good degree of privacy. A Toshiba flat screen TV is mounted beneath the staircase to further reduce its sound. The spacious en-suite bathroom benefits from a walk-in shower and separate bath.

Almost identical to Lizard, Longships too enjoys a great deal of space and clever design with two singles on a mezzanine floor above the king bed.

Please note the low ceiling beneath the stairway in both Longships and Lizard. Please also note that the single beds on the mezzanine levels extend into the sloping roof space and consequently there is limited head room.
