A coastal sanctuary overlooking Harlyn Bay

The stunning Trelawn features dual aspect views overlooking Harlyn Bay to one side and rolling countryside to the other. A high specification base for families, this beautiful haven invites relaxation. With a secluded hot tub, enclosed garden, second floor terrace and Juliet balcony, Trelawn has been designed with al fresco living in mind. If the weather takes a turn, there’s a plethora of indoor spaces to keep the group entertained. The Media Room features a large TV, games console and surround sound, and the Games Room boasts a pool table and TV.

Beautifully furnished with an abundance of soft furnishings, the enormous first floor living room is the pinnacle of the property for all seasons. On balmy summer evenings, draw back the patio doors and savour breathtaking Cornish sunsets. Come winter, gather around the fire and recline on the plush sofa in comfort.

The incredibly stylish and well-equipped open plan kitchen and dining room is a home cook’s dream. With Sonos speakers throughout, this spacious area is perfect for socialising. Adjacent bi-fold doors flood the room with light and bring the outside in.

Comfortable beds make for slumberous mornings at Trelawn. Both the Master Bedroom and Bedroom Two feature palatial emperor beds and gorgeously designed en-suites. A further bedroom on this floor is comprised of a king sized zip and link bed and dedicated en-suite. On the ground floor, Bedroom Four is a family-friendly twin and Bedroom Five boasts another sumptuous emperor bed, both rooms share a ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom. These bedrooms provide convenient level access to the rest of the ground floor for guests with limited mobility.

Perfect for watersports enthusiasts, sunbathers and dog-walkers, the spectacular Harlyn Bay is just a short walk away. The prestigious Trevose Golf Club is also just minutes from Trelawn, which would make a great base for golfing breaks.

Attention to detail is evident throughout the room’s modern design, from the Fisher and Paykel fridge-freezer with filtered water and ice maker, to a trio of black pendant lights creating an atmospheric space to cook and dine. The thoughtful kitchen design continues with the striking open shelving and bespoke navy tiles, filling the room with bold colour and giving it an undeniable charm.

Complete with contemporary coloured chairs in blue and grey hues, a large oak dining table comfortably seating 10 guests takes prime position in the dining room. A Samsung TV with Smart Hub in the corner of the room provides entertainment between meals, while the striking feature storage display adds a splash of colour. The true pièce de résistance of this room lies in the vast bi-fold doors, which can be pulled back to open up the corner of the room. With easy access onto the beautiful enclosed garden, enjoy morning coffee at the dining table and breakfast out on the terrace.

Edged by traditional Cornish hedging, the pretty garden at the rear of the property is wonderfully private. Just outside the kitchen and dining room is a spacious patio with an outdoor table and furniture seating 6, as well as a Weber barbecue.
