Bedroom One is a bright and spacious King Size room with an immaculate en-suite. Ideally situated on the ground floor for elderly and less abled guests. The en-suite comprises of a luxurious walk-in, thermostatic rainfall shower.

The large utility, with John Lewis washing machine and tumble, dryer leads out into the garden and is great access for coming in from the outdoor shower after being at the beach.

Accessible via a garden path to the left of the property and via the utility room door, a hot external shower is great for rinsing off sandy feet and wetsuits before going into the house.

The double garage is available for storage use only. The large driveway easily fits four or five cars.

The lane to Seagrass is very bumpy and uneven so vehicles that are low to the ground or have body styling kits that are low are not recommended.
