Parking and WiFi are provided at all of our properties. One travel cot and one highchair are also available at each property as a minimum.
Founded in 2011 by a husband and wife team, Perfect Stays® was born from a simple vision: to offer more than just a beautiful home or prime location. Our guests seek a complete holiday experience, so pairing truly luxurious properties with local expertise and a bespoke concierge service has been our focus from the start.
15 years later, having grown from a team of two to more than 20 passionate holiday specialists, our founding values remain unchanged. We hand-pick every home, champion responsible tourism through a deliberately curated portfolio, and bring unrivalled knowledge of the South West to every guest we welcome and every homeowner we work with.
In March 2026, Perfect Stays® joined the Travel Chapter family, marking an exciting new era for our brand. Now supported by a wider network of like-minded businesses, we're proud to build on everything we've created since it all began, continuing to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests, our homeowners, and our team.
Our ethos is simple: we want to match our guests to the property that is best suited to their occasion and group requirements, and once found, we want to make sure that they can truly maximise their time and enjoyment through our in-depth local knowledge and concierge service.
Luxury self-catering is about so much more than accommodation. It’s about the whole experience – from researching and booking, finding the best restaurants and tucked-away gems, to a reluctant departure – and we aim to make it a seamless one.

We aim to work with a different local charity each year. From rainbow runs and bake sales to office sweepstakes, summer fetes and Christmas jumper days, we thoroughly enjoy raising money for wonderful organisations in the South West.
Most recently, we proudly supported FareShare South West, who rescue good quality surplus food from landfill and distribute it to families in need. Check back soon to see which local charity we'll be supporting for 2026/27.
