Every Potential Perfect Stays Holiday Home is Assessed
We personally visit every new property to see if it’s a potential Perfect Stays holiday home. This way, we control the quality of the properties that we offer for rental and in turn we are confident that our customers will enjoy staying in them as well. We visit all of our properties, at least once a year, to check that they still maintain the demands of being a Perfect Stays holiday home.
We Stay at Our Houses
It’s part of our new property process that the Perfect Stays team go and stay to ‘road test’ many of our new properties. This way, we can make sure the property is properly equipped, find items that perhaps need more explaining to guests, write house manuals (where applicable) and generally get to understand the property and its locality. After the stay, our team can then talk personally about every property, its features and location, and how to make the best of their stay from firsthand experience. Many guests like the fact that we can help them with selecting the right house that meets their requirements, even if it ends up not being the one they phoned up about!

All of our property listings are written in great detail with an abundance of photographs, interactive floorplans and room descriptions. Most also have an accompanying HD video. We are committed to matching our guests with the most appropriate property based on individual needs and requirements. We don’t offer a standard ‘book a holiday home’ service, we offer a complete holiday home rental experience with in-depth local knowledge that can help you to live like a local. When you book, we send you a full and complete guide of everything that you can do, visit or eat at in the local area. We can also provide a lot of in-house services as well which you can see on each property listing.
Inclusive Concierge Service
As well as sending you all the information, we can provide an inclusive concierge service from the minute you book, right up to departure day. This way we can give you more information, book restaurants, provide private chefs, organise additional housekeeping, arrange bookings at the local surf school and much more.
