A handpicked collection of exceptional properties with pools

Whether you’re heading to the coast with family, friends or a loved one, we’ve rounded up a collection of our luxury holiday homes that feature swimming pools, perfect for days when the waves are a little bigger and temperatures cooler.

Heated from April to October, start your day with a morning dip before breakfast and round off the evening with a glass of fizz poolside, adding a touch of glamour to your stay. From resistance pools perfect for fitness fanatics and couples, to those that are large enough for the whole family to enjoy, each one is guaranteed to add an extra something special.

Set on the Rame Peninsula in South Cornwall, this striking oasis occupies an elevated position overlooking Downderry Beach near Looe. Designed with sea views in mind, Eden’s impressive architecture makes it possible for guests to immerse themselves in coastal living from every room.

Located just off from the master bedroom sits the outdoor heated resistance pool. Sunken into the lawn and occupying a spot perfect for watching the sun set over the bay, listen to the waves lap the shore from the comfort of the sloping garden.

Alternatively, head to the nearby town of Looe for a day of coastal walks, shopping and sailing before returning for an evening dip before dinner on the outdoor terrace.

Surf-inspired interiors adorn this sanctuary of calm, located a stone’s throw from Porthleven’s harbour and beach. Seathrift’s floor-to-ceiling glass doors and sizeable balcony offer endless ocean views, providing the open plan living space with an impressive backdrop.

The tiered outside space makes it the perfect set-up for all guests. With the heated outdoor swimming pool located above the patio area, break away and relax in the sunshine while dinner cooks from the wood-fired pizza oven.

4. Lantic Barn in Fowey
