More about theGround Floor

Kitchen and Living Area

Light blue cabinetry, marble effect countertops and sleek black finishings make up this contemporary open plan space. Complete with a Smeg oven, American-style fridge-freezer and a wine fridge, views over the harbour are never too far away thanks to bi-fold doors that lead straight onto the terrace. Prepare lunches from the glossy kitchen island or practice your barista skills on the Nepresso Vertuo coffee machine before setting off to explore the Roseland Peninsula.

The adjacent living area enjoys lots of natural sunlight, thanks to the bi-fold doors on two sides. When it’s warm, pull them back and enjoy summer suppers on the outside dining table, which seats eight. A large teal blue sofa sits atop tiled flooring, with three matching armchairs and a black coffee table close by. Once evening falls, wrap up in blankets and savour sundown on the terrace or curl up in front of the Samsung smart TV for a moment's rest.

Dining Area

Located in the centre of the house and flooded with natural light, the dining area is perfect for entertaining the whole family. Home to a large glass-topped table ready to seat eight guests, relax into the mustard carver dining chairs as white woven pendant lighting and contemporary artwork introduce character to this space.

Cinema Room

Designed with relaxation in mind, this luxurious cinema room is the perfect setting for a movie night in style. A deep blue sofa provides ample seating for guests to sink into with bowls of popcorn, while surround sound speakers and a large, high-definition Sapphire screen provides an immersive viewing experience for all. For those who are a little competitive, there's also a PlayStation 4 on hand ready for a family gaming tournament.

Sunken Lounge

Draped in dark greys, matte blacks and bright blues, the sunken lounge sits just off from the dining area and enjoys views over the terrace. Featuring a plush u-shaped sofa, gas fire and Samsung smart TV, this space is perfect for unwinding after busy days. When the sun is shining, pull back bi-fold doors and open this cosy and intimate room up to the elements.

For those who prefer their martinis shaken not stirred, this space benefits from a bespoke bar where guests can prepare their tipple of choice. Polished black countertops and four blue bar stools add a touch of glamour, while a wine cooler and a vast selection of glasses mean you can practice your cocktail making skills. Head to the conversation pit with drinks in hand and settle in for a night of sophistication in front of the fire.

Study

Just off from the lounge, there’s a dedicated space for those wishing to catch up with emails during their stay. Never too far away from the rest of the group, take a seat at the desk before sitting back with a cup of tea from the leather armchair.

Larder

The larder is finished in light blue cabinetry and provides additional storage for groceries. It also features a large sink, pantry, freezer and dishwasher as well as plenty of space to store coats and shoes. From here, join the rest of the group through the glass door which leads directly out to the garden and terrace.

WC

Finished in black slate, this sleek WC sits close to the kitchen and serves the ground floor living space.

Inspired by the beauty of the sea, bedroom four is adorned with a calming colour palette of soft blues and sandy neutrals. Natural light floods the room thanks to the large skylight window while oceanic accents and luxurious textiles create a calming atmosphere. Just like its neighbours, this bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom complete with a waterfall shower.
