Architecturally striking from every angle, Kilden Mor offers panoramic views across Padstow and the Camel Estuary. Its sleek and striking interiors, bubbling hot tub and roaring wood burner combine to create a stylish retreat for lovers of North Cornwall.

Dog-friendly and sleeping six guests across three beautiful bedrooms, the home’s open plan design makes it versatile for both families and groups of friends. Two en-suite bedrooms downstairs enjoy direct access onto the garden, where you’ll find a peaceful spot for morning coffee. Meanwhile, the neighbouring snug makes a cosy hideaway, complete with an Xbox Series X games console.

The true heart of the home, guests will love the spacious kitchen, living and dining area upstairs. Framed by the sparkling estuary, soaking up views of Rock and Daymer Bay over breakfast will add a touch of magic to the daily routine. With a Smart TV and SONOS music system, the living area is the natural setting for family film nights by the wood burner.

A Mediterranean oasis in North Cornwall, the garden has plenty of outdoor space for the whole group to spread out in - a true rarity so close to Padstow. Dotted with chef-named restaurants and a five minute walk from the house, foodies will love exploring Padstow. There’s plenty for walkers and cyclists too, with access onto the Camel Trail just off the garden path. If a day trip is in order, hop on the water taxi across to Rock, try a wildlife watching boat trip, or ask our Concierge team to book a table at Nathan Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen in nearby Port Isaac.

Master Bedroom | Dowr

A spacious master suite awaits at the back of the house. Beautifully finished in light blue shades and with a 6ft super king zip and link bed, it’s a space for real relaxation. Direct access onto the patio and garden just outside means you can slide open the doors to soak up the sun each morning. There’s also a dressing table and plenty of wardrobe space to make getting ready a breeze.

Listen to your favourite podcast through the built-in ceiling speakers, which extend even into the en-suite bathroom, thanks to the Control4 smart home set-up. Featuring his and hers sinks, a walk-in waterfall shower and a freestanding bath tub with space for two, this bathroom is finished in calming beige and deep blue tiles. 

Bedroom Two | Tewes

With its unique headboard, a 5ft king size bed commands this space, complete with elegant feature wallpaper and sliding doors providing access onto the garden. A SONOS speaker sits on the dressing table so guests can start the morning with music, while a walk-in storage cupboard has all the space you need for hanging the essentials. 

Meanwhile, the en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a waterfall head, and is finished in chic chevron tiles.

Bedroom Three | Karrek

This high-vaulted hideaway is located at the front of the house on a split level, just a short flight of stairs away from the other bedrooms. Versatile 6ft zip and link beds provide the option for either a super king or twins, and the deep blue interiors – whether it’s the upholstered headboard or the metallic wallpaper – bring the whole room together.

There’s a walk-in wardrobe and dressing table positioned by the window, and in the en-suite bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in waterfall shower and plenty of under-sink storage.

TV Room/Snug | Klys

Perfect for those wet weather days, the snug is a great space for an afternoon’s gaming or some peace and quiet with a Cornish novel. Sure to be popular with competitive guests, the Xbox Series X games console provides a fun addition, with two wireless controllers.

Utility

Complete with a Miele PowerWash washing machine and Eco tumble dryer, the utility room is located near the front door, making it easy to clean off after sandy beach walks or muddy cycle rides. There’s also a sink, an additional under counter freezer amd plenty of storage space in the built-in cupboards.

A haven for lovers of home technology, the Control4 smart home system throughout the house makes it easy to set the mood, ready for movie night. Finished with large pieces of Cornish artwork sourced from local galleries in Padstow and Falmouth, the thoughtful interior touches make it feel like a home-from-home.
 

Kitchen

With sliding doors leading directly onto the sea-view balcony, the kitchen truly brings the outside in. With a Miele steam oven, combi-oven with microwave, warming drawer and induction hob, the kitchen is a haven for foodies. Pick up chilled glasses of white wine from the Caple dual zone wine cooler, and head out for nibbles and aperitifs as the sun sets. The spiral staircase leading down to the garden makes it easy to come and go while hosting al fresco in the summer months.

The kitchen island and three bar stools make a great base for itinerary planning, and a Quooker tap means there’s no waiting for the kettle to boil on busy mornings. There’s also a Nespresso Creatista Pro coffee machine, a four-slice Dualit toaster, and a Google Nest smart speaker for morning music.

Garden and Hot tub

Bursting with plants and beautifully landscaped to make the most of its sociable spaces, the garden is a rarity in the heart of Padstow. There’s an outdoor dining table, sun loungers and low-slung seating for taking in the fresh Cornish air, while a bubbling hot tub takes centre stage. Feel your worries melt away after happy days on the sand and exquisite seafood suppers in the town’s best restaurants.

Keen swimmers and cyclists can store activewear and equipment in the purpose-built shed, complete with board racks, before warming up under the outdoor shower. With taps at two levels, the dual-purpose feature is ideal for both humans and dogs. There’s also easy access to both Padstow Harbour and the Camel Trail, from a path just beyond the garden.

Parking and Electric Car Charger

At the front of the house, you’ll find ample parking for three cars and an electric car charging point. With everything Padstow has to offer being positioned so close to the doorstep, simply plug in and hang up the keys to explore the local area on foot. Please note, charging cables are not provided at the property.
