Had a lovely week at Sea Edge. Amazing view.

Truly a perfect stay! I would definitely stay at the property again. The view is amazing and honestly just being at the property is enough - we lazed by the window just looking out at the sea for hours! It was extremely clean and had everything you need. My family and I loved the Seaton Beach - it has amazing rock pools you can explore and is just a laid back vibe. Lots of character and a really peaceful retreat. We did not venture out too much as have been to Cornwall before but it really is a great base to explore the south and north coasts. Looe was our favourite go to spot for some amazing bakery treats - scones to die for and great pasties! A lovely pizza restaurant there as well. Would highly recommend this property!

We had a lovely week at Sea Edge. The property is situated right on the sea, with amazing views whatever the weather. It's furnished with everything you could need and more. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area on foot, bike and by car. Perfect Stays were professional from booking till departure, offering any assistance where necessary. They provide an excellent service.

My family and I absolutely loved our holiday in Sea Edge. It is a stunning house, impeccably designed and furnished, with an incredible view. It was spotless when we arrived, and the welcome hamper full of local produce was a really lovely touch. We particularly loved watching the activity on the beach below from the comfort of the window seat, relaxing on the balcony, eating al fresco, and luxuriating in the hot tub. The service from the Perfect Stays team was excellent throughout. The booking process is easy and efficient, and I found every member of staff with whom I dealt courteous, friendly, and very professional.

Our second stay at Sea Edge and so very happy we returned! The weather was amazing for the season, looking at the view, beach, sea and sunshine really made our stay. Very good use of hot tubs, sun beds, great food at The Beach House in Seaton, The Three Pilchards in Polperro and The Finnygook Inn, in Crafthole. Overall, a fabulous stay at this wonderful property - we filled the 'bottle recycling bin'!

It is such a beautiful place. Just watching the dogs on the beach is great 'TV'. The walk through the country park to the pub in Hessenford is a nice one. Hope that all that come here after us have a nice time.

Sea Edge is a beautiful property with the most stunning views over the beach and out to sea. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you could need. Very clean with lovely bedding. The property has a great window seat for watching those views. Downderry has a lovely beach which is within walking distance. Sea Edge lives up to it's name as it feels like you are right on the sea. Excellent service from Perfect Stays from start to finish.

Our second visit to Sea Edge and it still gives the 'wow' factor when you walk in the front door. We have loved it here both times, as has Chester our dog, who has loved the long walks on the beach every day. Thank you for creating such a beautiful haven.

Had the most amazing week here in such a beautiful house. It was so nice to sit in the window seat and watch the sea and the beach below. Beautifully furnished and the hot tub was lovely to go and relax in.

The Blue Plate restaurant and Summink Different Café are both highly recommended. We enjoyed several days out including the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Plymouth Aquarium. Very sad to leave and shall miss the amazing views. We would love to come back in the winter and sit and watch the sea. Thank you for an incredible holiday that we will never forget.

Wow indeed! What a magnificent view, thoroughly enjoyed by all... adults, children and canine! We have had a super week sea fishing in Looe, swimming in the sea at Windsand Bay and walking along the coastline to Polperro.

Like so many of your guests, the magnetic draw of Sea Edge brought us back here to enjoy the view, amazing architecture and hot tub. Would love to return one day.

This was our second visit and looking forward to returning in May 2020 for two more weeks. Visited Kingsand and Cawsand which was a very quiet village and had a lovely lunch at The Devonport Inn. Sat in the sunshine looking at the sea eating fresh mackerel and had a paddle boarding lesson with Lucy at SUP. She was a great teacher and would recommend her highly - the paddling has come on leaps and bounds.

Sea Edge is so relaxing but in such a great location that you can be as active or relaxed as you wish. We also had Nina from Devon Chef cook at Sea Edge one evening and the meal was superb. Also ate at the Blue Plate three times. Faultless.

Fantastic family holiday! Awesome views. Blue Plate is a must for dinner and Summink Different Café for breakfast and the best coffee, plus service with a smile. Would recommend Fowey via the Bodinnick Ferry, and Padstow is only an hour away and well worth a visit. Thank goodness for wonderful weather to complete our Cornish stay!
