How do the gift vouchers work?
Simply head to our website and add your preferred voucher amount to the basket. Add your personalised gift message, then complete the three-step checkout.
Vouchers can be redeemed by the recipient on any of our homes either online or over the phone. The vouchers are valid for any holiday with an arrival date within two years of the voucher purchase date (advance booking is required). View full terms and conditions.
What do they look like?
We offer both physical vouchers and e-vouchers. Depending on the option you select, you'll receive a cardstock gift voucher inside a black gift box, or an e-voucher sent to the purchaser's inbox, ready to print at home.
How long is delivery?
Physical gift vouchers should arrive within five working days from the purchase date, shipped using a tracked Royal Mail 48 hour service. E-vouchers will be sent straight to your email address after payment.
When do I need to order for Christmas delivery?
If you're buying a physical voucher as a Christmas gift, please place your order by Monday 16th December. These orders will be sent before Royal Mail's final posting day, which is Friday 20th December. Please note that we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders made on this date. E-vouchers are available to purchase 24-hours a day to print at home right up until Christmas Day.

If you're currently staying in one of our properties and have an urgent property issue, please call the out of hours line for the relevant servicing company to the property, where the on-call member of staff will be able to help. This number can be found on the front page of your property Guest Information Folder, on the "Contact Us" section of the Guest Information Tablet, or on the Essential Information PDF you received upon paying your final balance.
