Nestled amongst rolling hills with views of the apple orchard, Teals restaurant provides a vibrant breakfast and lunch menu in an idyllic setting. Expect prime cuts of meat, freshly-caught fish and delicious vegetarian options.
The food market at Teals features a grocery, deli, butchery, bottle store and cheesemonger, showcasing the finest local produce that wouldn't be found in a conventional supermarket. You'll also find an array of local honeys, jams, Somerset cereals and vegan treats.
Accessibility: Teals Farm Shop has three marked accessible parking bays, with level access through the main entrance, to the food market and the restaurant. There's also an accessible toilet.

Championing homegrown food and local producers, White Row Farm Shop is located in the tranquil village of Beckingham, just outside of Frome. With a focus on flavour, their produce is chemical free, with free-range eggs collected each day and an on-site butchery and fishmongers.
Find artisan breads and cakes at the bakery, homemade sausage rolls at the deli, or choose from over 350 cheeses at the cheese counter. There's also a fish and chip takeaway and a farm to kitchen café, serving daily specials, as well as an independent florist selling beautiful bouquets.

Championing local farmers, growers and makers, Farm Shop Somerset is located beside a working farm, where you'll find cattle, sheep, an orchard and a vineyard. Stock up for your countryside picnic at the deli counter, where you can browse a selection of South West cheeses, olives, scotch eggs and delicious sweet and savoury treats. Suppliers include Westcombe Dairy, The Chocolate Society, White Lake Cheese and Boujon Bakery.
Relax in the Da Costa restaurant, where traditional Italian recipes are created using seasonal, local produce, or enjoy small plates and cocktails at the vibrant Roth Bar. This farm shop is also home to a programme of events, including art exhibitions and learning activities.

Foodies will adore The Newt in Somerset, which stocks farm-fresh foods and hampers featuring high quality ingredients and hand-crafted delights. 10 minutes from The Newt, the Creamery at Castle Cary station is a working creamery, shop and eatery, serving brunches, lunches, dinners and afternoon teas. Inspired by traditional railway station houses, the Station Café has leather railway carriage booths, where you can relax and enjoy dishes cooked with fresh ingredients from the market gardens and butchery at The Newt, accompanied by a local cider.

Offering much more than just groceries, their busy calendar of events and indoor play barn provide a great family day out. Outdoor play equipment is brand new for 2026, offering families a spacious area to play amongst picturesque surroundings.
