We always recommend taking out holiday insurance, to cover the cost of your holiday in the event of a cancellation. All cancellations must be submitted in writing or by completing a cancellation request via your Guest Account, before the holiday start date. 

In the event of a cancellation, the total cost of the booking will still be due, unless the cancelled dates have been rebooked by another guest.
