With his finger firmly on the pulse of all things luxury in the South West, Joe leads our Guest Experience Team with 10 years at Perfect Stays behind him. From must-visit new openings to the best tables to book, Joe's extensive knowledge ensures a great guest experience. With a degree in Events Management and Tourism, Joe brings insight, professionalism and a calm, can-do approach to every stay.
Philippa Taylor
Guest Experience Manager (maternity leave)
With a background in event management and a passion for food, Philippa is our go-to for private chef bookings, feast nights, and cookery classes. Whether it’s securing a coveted supper club spot or a wine-paired dinner, her expert recommendations are sure to enhance any stay. Based in North Cornwall, Philippa also keeps the team up to speed with the best local happenings.

Acting Guest Experience Manager
Having spent nearly 20 years managing a tourist information centre in Cornwall, Wendy’s knowledge of the South West is second to none. Mum to four and specialising in family-friendly travel, she’s great at tailoring plans for multi-generational stays and guests with children. Wendy’s approachable style, insider tips, and thoughtful touches make her a favourite among our returning guests.

With a background in hospitality and a passion for local events, she’s the ideal person to plan festival visits, beach barbeques, or recommend coastal walks. Barnaby’s and Cornish Wine Tastings are among her top picks - but Meg's never short on ideas for first-time and returning guests.

An honorary member of the Concierge team thanks to her outstanding knowledge of the South West, Alice is also on hand to help with itinerary planning after securing your dream holiday home. From scenic walking routes with hidden cafés along the way to tidal pools perfect for saltwater swims, Alice is full of excellent suggestions for your next active getaway.
