More about theGround Floor

Open plan Kitchen, Living and Dining Area

Discover a welcoming space that offers room to socialise and spread out. Bathed in natural light, the entry hallway opens onto the dining space, which is home to a dining table for up to six guests. Throughout this space you'll find original paintings and homeware thoughtfully crafted by up-and-coming South West artist, Foxsea Art.

The centrepiece of the kitchen is an island with a marble-effect countertop and three bar stools, an inviting setting for morning espressos prepared by the Lavazza Jolie coffee machine. A Caple wine cooler is fitted into a corner of the island, serving as an ideal addition for refreshing drinks on the balcony. Finished to a high standard, the well-equipped kitchen features a Bosch oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, and a Goodmans toaster and kettle. Dark blue cabinets are filled with a range of every-day appliances. The kitchen area is also home to a dishwasher and washing machine, along with an under-the-stairs storage space.

At the far end of the room is the living area, which hosts comfy seating with two reclining sofas. There's also a wall-mounted 65" Samsung Smart TV with built-in Amazon Alexa for catching up on your favourite series after a day in the waves.

Please note: guests with pacemakers should avoid using the induction hob as this can interfere with the device.

Balcony

Sliding doors connect the room with the decked balcony - a wonderful space that catches the sun throughout the day. Two designer, handmade, all-weather woven seats and an additional coffee table are well-positioned for soaking up the rays while enjoying al fresco tapas each evening.

WC

Just off the kitchen area is a small but convenient WC finished in stylish grey tones.
