Encircled by undulating hedgerows and rolling hills, take the opportunity to reconnect and unwind among heartmeltingly beautiful surroundings. Open Plan Kitchen and Living Area

Top-of-the-range appliances meet sleek industrial design in The Nook’s beautiful open plan kitchen. With bold feature tiles, polished concrete worktops and sawn oak fittings, this trendy space is a unique haven to cook and dine. Featuring a Neff induction hob, built-in oven and microwave and a Franke boiling water tap, cooking up a romantic meal for two has never been easier. Prepare a delicious supper as the SONOS sound system fills the space with a playlist of your choice and leave the Neff dishwasher to take care of the washing up.

Come morning, wander through from the bedroom well-rested and sleepy-eyed, to prepare breakfast from the Dualit four berth toaster and Nespresso coffee machine, before taking to the table for two as you watch the world wake up outside. There’s also a cleverly concealed washing machine and tumble dryer.

Embrace the romance of this secluded hideaway and cosy up in the open plan lounge overlooking the garden. Tastefully designed in inky blues and rustic woods, this space is graced by a crackling Hwam wood burner for toasty evenings in. A Scandi inspired coffee table, striking suede chair and soft Aztec rug transform the lounge into a veritable den for rest and relaxation.

Peel back the cleverly designed chevron panelling to reveal a Samsung Smart TV and hunker down on the inviting velvet sofa to enjoy your favourite films. On sunny days, open the bi-fold doors and flood the space with light. As dusk falls, head straight outside for an evening dip in the hot tub.

Master Bedroom

Wrapped up in deep navy and neutral tones, the master bedroom is a real lovers’ retreat. Eye-catching chevron panelling, statement artwork and atmospheric lighting create a homely and relaxing space. The comfortable king-size bed is perfectly positioned for settling down in front of the Samsung Smart TV for morning entertainment. Or, lift the stylish slatted blinds and peek outside for luscious garden views.

A large feature mirror and pair of rustic oak side tables make this room bright and balanced, while a spacious built-in wardrobe keeps weekend essentials subtly tucked away.

Bathroom

Calm and understated in clean white and mottled grey, this stunning bathroom is located at the far end of The Nook, enjoying a spacious layout and mesmerising design. The free-standing granite sink, enormous circle mirror and ethnic inspired rug give the space a fresh, cool look, while a lofty ceiling and Velux skylight flood the space with natural light.

Retreat after long countryside walks to a blissful soak in the roll top bath large enough for two, or step into the walk-in shower with waterfall head, surrounded by an intricately tiled feature wall.

With a pretty grass lawn for a dreamy couples’ picnic in the sunshine, a charcoal barbeque perfect for al fresco dining, as well as a gently bubbling hot tub*, you’ll have no trouble settling into your beautiful countryside surroundings.

Parking

Finished in muted willow edging, the parking area provides enough space for one car at The Nook. Please note, the driveway down to The Nook is shared with the main cottage on site.
