Escape with the family for a half term getaway, spend special weekends away with friends or bring along your four-legged companion for a dog-friendly break in the heart of Cornwall - this timber-clad home is fitting for every occasion.

Prepare a weekend brunch in the sociable open plan kitchen and tuck in at the dining table as you plan the day’s adventures. Children will love playing in the garden each morning, while Harlyn Bay is only moments away. After days spent surfing with tailored tuition from Harlyn Bay Surf School, take advantage of the convenient utility and wet room for dusting off the sand. 

As evenings draw in, gather around the wood burner and reminisce on the day before settling down with a movie on the Smart TV, with the dark night sky providing the perfect backdrop through the gable window.

Hunker down between luxury linens in one of the three bedrooms, two of which utilise the family bathroom with a pamper-ready bath tub and rejuvenating shower. The master bedroom has its own en-suite and elevated views of its peaceful surroundings. 

With Padstow a short drive away, stop for lunch and a game of mini golf at Greens, then treat your four-legged friends to an ice cream from Paws in Padstow on the way home.

Kitchen and Dining Area

With a sleek kitchen, sociable breakfast bar and spacious dining table, there’s plenty of space for catching up over family meals. Pour a drink from the wine cooler as dinner cooks on the five ring electric hob and oven, and let the dishwasher take care of the cleaning. Little ones can watch their favourite shows over breakfast on the Smart TV, while the Bose Bluetooth speaker is on hand for evening playlists. On sunny days, push back the bi-fold doors and savour the Cornish sun from the terrace.

Bedroom Two 

A zip and link bed provides the option of twins or a super king. With expansive sliding doors that open onto the garden, start and finish each day with a breath of fresh sea air.

A charming coastal haven for guests of all ages, bedroom one is light and airy with ample storage space. The zip and link bed offers the option of twins or a super king, while nautical features mean you’ll never lose sight of your dreamy beachside location. 

Family Bathroom 

Featuring a sleek and stylish design, the family bathroom is complete with a spacious bath tub and overhead shower. Freshen up before heading out for the day or factor in some much needed downtime with an evening soak.

Wet Room and Utility Room 

Adorned in dark tiles, rinse off salt and sand in the wet room. The perfect place to unload after busy days exploring, take advantage of the Zanussi washing machine and tumble dryer. Extra storage space is ideal for storing wetsuits, beach equipment and towels.

Living Room 

The living area is an inviting sanctuary come rain or shine. On sunny afternoons, embrace the natural light streaming in through the gable and Velux windows. If the weather takes a turn, grab a blanket and cosy up beside the crackling wood burner, or choose between a board game on the coffee table, a movie on the Smart TV or a tournament on the PlayStation 4. 

Master Bedroom with En-suite

Follow the glass-balustrade walkway to the master bedroom, where peace and serenity await. With a super king bed, snuggle up in soft linens and look out across the garden just outside the window. 

Awash in soft and trendy greys, the en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in rainfall shower as the perfect way to start and finish each day.

Garden 

Alongside Lizard and Longships, Wolf Rock is one of three Hideaway properties. Nestled in the corner, the enclosed rear garden is perfect for children and dogs to explore far and wide. Make the most of the outdoor shower to rinse off beach days before settling down for the night. Please note, the front garden is not enclosed. 

Hot tub

Enjoy early morning coffees or an evening glass of fizz in the bubbling hot tub, soaking up every minute of the Cornish sunshine.

Parking 

Wolf Rock is home to two parking spaces, just beside the property.
