If you're staying at one of our properties and require urgent maintenance assistance, please refer to the Guest Information Folder or Tablet in the property. Here you'll find the relevant property maintenance and housekeeping telephone numbers on the first page of the folder, or by selecting 'Contact Us' in the left hand bar of the tablet. This information would also have been emailed to you at the time of paying your final balance.
