There are four ground floor bedrooms, with three opening directly onto the terrace. The gate at the bottom of the garden leads to a scenic 20 minute walk to the beach and with surf schools, shoreline restaurants and endless coast paths within walking distance, you can easily hang up the car keys.

Hot tub breaks in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset offer the perfect opportunity to relax in a picturesque setting. Each guest is provided with one hand towel and one bath sheet at all of our holiday homes.
In addition, leisure towels are provided for guests in our properties with swimming pools and hot tubs. We ask that these towels remain at the property and aren’t taken to the beach. We’d also recommend packing swimwear, and some flip flops or sliders, as the surrounding floor might be slippery when wet.

The hot tub capacity will depend on its size and style, but all of our hot tub homes have rules and operation information displayed on a sign next to the hot tub.
Inside the property, the guest information tablet or folder also includes useful information about the hot tub and other facilities.
Our hot tub breaks in Somerset, Devon and Cornwall include family-friendly and dog-friendly properties, but the hot tubs themselves aren’t suitable for young children or pets.
Children under 12 years must not use the hot tub. Children between 12 and 16 years must be supervised by an adult at all times. We also recommend limiting each hot tub session to 15 minutes.
If you encounter any problems with a hot tub during your stay, we ask that you don’t attempt to fix the problem yourself, or touch any of the pumps or settings.
Instead, call your Property Manager who will contact the necessary contractor and arrange a visit at the earliest convenience.
