The majority of the ground floor occupies a beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living room. With plenty of space for everyone to relax, it’s the real pièce-de-resistance of the house. Plus the laid back styling and coastal touches throughout make the room feel homely and serene.
Each one a haven for interior design, the four bedrooms are set over three levels. A spacious double bedroom with a zip and link bed occupies lower ground floor one, alongside a large family bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate rainfall shower. On the ground floor, you’ll find two good-sized double bedrooms, both with their own en-suite shower rooms. Lastly, the spacious master bedroom sits at the top of the property and includes a separate dressing room, an en-suite shower room and cosy window seats, where the familiar cry of Cornish gulls is never too far away.

We had a really wonderful stay at Harbour Walk in Padstow. The property is perfectly located right in the heart of Padstow and it's a real treat being able to enjoy the town first thing in the morning and later in the evening after all the day trippers have left! It's a beautifully renovated property with loads of family-friendly features, such as a downstairs utility room to shower off sandy toes after a day at the beach. There was great communication from Perfect Stays throughout. Having designated parking is a real benefit but I would highly recommend checking the dimensions of the parking space (shared in advance in the property details booklet) against your car before you arrive so you can manoeuvre with confidence in the narrow Cornish lanes!
”Everything about the booking from start to finish was easy which made the stay all the more enjoyable! The team at Perfect Stays couldn't have been more helpful and the property was all as we expected and more. It's a shame we couldn't have stayed longer and would love to come back. Being right in the centre of Padstow was fantastic - we didn't use the car once aside from a quick trip to Tesco for basics on arrival, but the welcome basket of goodies from Perfect Stays was a lovely added touch. As was the wonderful Christmas tree!

”Overall, we really enjoyed staying at Harbour Walk where the beautiful communal living area was excellent for eating and socialising. The kitchen was generously equipped, and the excellent American style fridge-freezer housed enough food and drink for the week - including the lovely hamper on arrival! The five bedrooms were lovely and very comfortable with the convenience of en-suites, which were exceptionally clean. Harbour Walk is situated right in the heart of Padstow which was excellent as you're just minutes from everything including bars and restaurants. A great family holiday.
”Harbour Walk is a lovely and very comfortable property in a great location. The house is beautifully furnished. It is set away from the hustle and bustle of Padstow, yet just a stroll to the lovely shops and pretty harbour. With some great restaurants too. There are great walks on the doorstep, lovely beaches along the estuary or catch the boat to Rock where you'll find nice beaches too. We enjoyed the walk on the side of the golf course to the ancient St Enodoc church where John Betjeman is buried. The view was stunning! On our last day we hired bikes in Padstow and cycled part of the Camel trail to Wadebridge. We had an amazing holiday. I would truly recommend staying in beautiful Harbour Walk. We are missing it already!

”Harbour Walk is a beautifully appointed house in the heart of Padstow, a mere stone's throw from the harbour and all that Padstow has to offer. The property is tastefully decorated to a high standard throughout and has everything that we could have wished for in terms of facilities. Spacious and incredibly peaceful, it's a unique find in such a busy little town and perfect for a family get-together. We particularly loved the ease with which we could walk around the town early in the morning and later in the evening when all the tourists had gone! As usual, Perfect Stays offered an outstanding level of service and helped us to organise a private chef for the most fabulous dinner at the house. All in all, a very memorable stay in a stunning property - highly recommended!
