Tucked just inside the mouth of the Camel Estuary, Sea Breezes is an elegant beach haven with 180 degree views spanning Daymer Bay, Brae Hill and out to sea. Designed for several families to come together for the ultimate seaside holiday, the beautiful interiors and views create an unforgettable backdrop for celebrations. 

Set over two floors, there’s plenty of room for large groups to find their own space whilst enjoying quality time together. The striking open plan living, kitchen and dining room look out across the bay, and there’s no better place to socialise and relax. A separate TV room offers additional space to unwind, and features a Smart TV, Apple TV and PlayStation 4. A SONOS sound system runs throughout the social spaces and master bedroom, allowing guests to set the soundtrack to their holiday. 

The expansive open plan living space leads onto a wraparound patio, which is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. There’s a sheltered seating area, so you can still enjoy the sunshine on a breezy day, and the sumptuous sunken hot tub has fantastic coastal views. 

A haven of tranquillity on the first floor, the master bedroom has a private terrace, an inviting window seat and a luxurious freestanding bath in the en-suite, along with access to its own study and dressing room. Bedroom two also comes with an en-suite, and a further two bedrooms share the family bathroom. There’s an additional two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an en-suite. 

Wonderfully private, Sea Breezes is perfect for groups who’d like to get away from it all, whilst being close to a range of beaches, restaurants, spas and activities. Greenaway Beach is just a five minute walk away, and the golden sands of Daymer Bay can be reached within ten. Access to the family-friendly Polzeath Beach is a gentle amble along the coast path or a short drive in the car.

Open Plan Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Area

The true social hub of the home, the sleek kitchen at Sea Breezes features soft blue cabinets topped with glossy white slabs. The kitchen island provides an idyllic spot for preparing meals with a view, and there’s a large pantry for storing food and drink. Equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, Mercury induction hob, two Miele dishwashers, an American style double fridge-freezer with icemaker, boiling water tap and an abundance of high-quality crockery, special occasions are very well catered for. 

Please note: guests with pacemakers should avoid using the induction hob as this can interfere with the device.

The floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the dining room make an impressive backdrop as you tuck into holiday banquets around the table. Slide open the patio doors to expand this area onto the wraparound patio and enjoy al fresco dining as the sun sets on the horizon.  

The kitchen and dining room lead straight onto the living area, allowing for an easy transition between dining and relaxation. With impressive views across the Camel Estuary, end the day with a glass of wine beside the roaring wood burner, or watch a film on the Smart TV. 

TV Room

With a plush corner sofa, dark marine walls and atmospheric lighting, enjoy a cosy cinematic experience in the TV room. Extremely high-tech, it’s fully stocked with an LG Smart TV, Apple TV, PlayStation 4, SONOS sound system, DVDs and games. 

Bedroom Five with En-suite

This pretty super king bedroom comes with an en-suite wet-room-style shower, and is situated next to the bunk room, which is ideal for families with young children. Further flexibility is offered through the zip and link beds, which can be set up as twins if required. 
 

Bedroom Six

Perfect for children, this ground floor bedroom sleeps four in stylish cabin bunk beds. ‘Jack and Jill’ doors between this bedroom and bedroom five further increase the suitability for families. A downstairs WC and two showers are located just across the hallway. Please note, the top bunks are only suitable for children and teenagers. 

Shower Room and WC

Two rainfall showers, entered through western-style saloon doors, are great for sandy returns from the beach. Easily accessed via the front and side doors, their location ensures that no sand makes its way through the rest of the house. There’s also a WC opposite. 

Utility Room

The spacious utility room is equipped with a Hotpoint refrigerator, Bosch washing machine, Indesit tumble dryer, microwave and ample cupboard space.

Drying Room and Dog Room

The continuously warm drying room is perfect for hanging wetsuits, towels and clothes to dry and air out quickly. Just next door is the dog room. Whether freshly showered after a visit to the beach or ready for a nap, the canine in the family is bound to enjoy their very own room with split barn doors.

Master Bedroom 

Set beneath characterful vaulted ceilings, the master bedroom is a haven of calm, with its own SONOS sound system. Sensational views across the Camel Estuary and surrounding countryside can be enjoyed from the super king bed or window seat, which is an idyllic reading spot. Slip into the freestanding bath in the en-suite and soak in those never-ending vistas from a cloud of bubbles. There’s also a walk-in rainfall shower and ‘his and her’ sinks.

Wrap up in blankets and step out onto the private terraced balcony to watch the sunset or gather on the additional terrace (shared with bedroom two) for an early morning coffee. A private study sits just outside the bedroom, as well as a dressing room – perfect for hanging your holiday wardrobe.

Bedroom Two with En-suite

Stunning views meet laid back interiors in bedroom two, which can be made up as a super king or twin beds. With access to a shared balcony terrace, the fresh Cornish air is the perfect anecdote to city life. The spacious en-suite comes with a walk-in rainfall shower and bathtub. 

Bedroom Three

With a glimpse over the estuary, bedroom three has a super king zip and link bed, which can be made up as twins. This bedroom shares the family bathroom with bedroom four.

Bedroom Four

This twin room is kitted out in nautical décor and shares the family bathroom with bedroom three. 

Family Bathroom 

Placed centrally between bedrooms three and four, this bathroom serves both rooms and benefits from a modern bathtub with overhead shower.

Garden 

Panoramic sea views over the Camel Estuary towards Stepper Point and out to sea can be seen all around the grassy garden, which is perfect for lawn games and loved by children and dogs. The expansive wraparound patio is ideal for al fresco dining from the charcoal barbeque.

Parking 

There is ample parking for a total of eight cars, split between the driveway and the garage.

Sunken hot tub

Steps winding around from the patio lead onto the sunken terrace, with sun loungers sheltered from the sea breeze. Luxuriate in the warmth of the cedar hot tub* and observe the calming ebb and flow of the estuary. 

*Please note: the hot tub is emptied and cleaned out after every booking. Occasionally this may result in the hot tub not being up to maximum temperature on the first night of your arrival. The hot tub may also require a mid-stay service or maintenance check.

While Sea Breezes can sleep up to 12 guests in total, it accepts a maximum of 10 adults. Please note: the two top bunk beds in bedroom six are only suitable for children and teenagers.

There are steps around the internal and external areas of the property.

Guests with pacemakers should avoid using the induction hob as this can interfere with the device.

Unfortunately, stairgates aren't compatible at this property, but there's a fixed dog gate part way up.

The hot tub is emptied and cleaned out after every booking. Occasionally this may result in the hot tub not being up to maximum temperature on the first night of your arrival. The hot tub may also require a mid-stay service or maintenance check.
