Enjoying a reverse-style layout, the expansive open plan first floor flows effortlessly from the kitchen at one end through to the cosy living area at the other. With high vaulted ceilings and an iconic wood-clad gable wall, this stunning space floods with sunlight in the summer and flickers in the warmth of the roaring wood burner in the winter. A wall of glass sliding doors open onto the balcony, which spans the length of the living and dining areas and overlooks the picturesque courtyard.
The four boutique bedrooms are nestled just off the ground floor gallery hallway, which is edged by glass. Two king sized rooms come with their own en-suites, and a further two zip and link rooms can be made up as super kings or twins, depending on your group's sleeping arrangements.
Equipped to an incredibly high standard, Treasure House comes with a SONOS music system and a Smart TV with BT YouView. The garage has been utilised as a rainy day games room, which both children and adults will relish. Complete with table tennis, arcade machine and table football, keep everyone entertained with family tournaments. Just next to the games room, a cleverly utilised annexe provides extra accommodation for two guests, with a sofa bed and en-suite WC and sink.

Master Bedroom and En-suite
Wrapped up in soft neutral tones and organic materials, the master bedroom benefits from a king size bed and direct access onto the patio. The serene en-suite features a walk-in rainfall shower.
Bedroom Two
The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping with a sumptuous super king zip and link bed, which can be made up as twins if required. This room also has access onto the front patio and shares the bathroom with bedroom three.
Bedroom Three
Bedroom three offers further versatility for different group make ups, with another super king zip and link bed. The bright and spacious family bathroom is just next door.
Bedroom Four and En-suite
Tucked away in a quiet spot towards the rear of Treasure House, the fourth bedroom promises a tranquil night’s rest. The king size bed and chic en-suite with a rainfall shower promise luxury in abundance.

The large family bathroom is comprised of a spacious walk-in rainfall shower and a deep bath tub.
Utility Room
Guests will find an LG washing machine and tumble dryer, along with a drying rack and plenty of storage space in the utility room.
Open Plan Dining and Living Area
Family mealtimes, special occasions and holiday banquets are wonderfully sociable around this long wooden dining table. Pull back the expansive patio doors and allow the sea breeze to roll in.
Plump and inviting sofas are set around a toasty wood burner in the living space, which is backed by a stunning wood-clad feature wall. Large wooden panels can be pulled across to separate the area from the rest of the first floor, creating a cosy sanctum for duvet days. The large LG Smart TV with BT YouView and a SONOS music system will keep everyone entertained.
Kitchen
The contemporary kitchen design results in an effortless space for preparing group meals. It’s well-equipped with two Neff ovens, a double fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. A central kitchen island with bar stool seating creates a sociable atmosphere and there’s a Nespresso Krups Vertuo coffee machine and Samsung microwave for speedy drinking and dining.

There’s a small WC just opposite the kitchen.
Garage Games Room
The former garage has been cleverly utilised as a games room, complete with table tennis, arcade machine and table football. There's a Tesla electric car charger plus plenty of room for storing surfboards and beach equipment.
Annex
The annex provides handy seating or an additional sleeping area with a double sofa bed, which can be requested in advance, an LG TV, a Bose speaker and PlayStation 4, along with a small en-suite WC and sink.
Courtyard and Outdoor Shower
The private courtyard offers a great space for feasts on summer evenings from the charcoal barbeque, which stays warm from the lingering heat of the day. An outside hot shower is a welcome addition for returning from the beach.

One of Cornwall’s best surfing beaches, Polzeath is perfectly suited to families, bodyboarders and first-time surfers. The local surf schools offer high quality lessons and equipment hire, and George’s Surf School is a brilliant option for one-to-one tuition. A string of iconic beaches can be found along the coast path, including Greenaway, Daymer Bay and Rock. If you’re looking for adventure, we’d recommend coasteering with Cornish Rock Tors and kayak trips with Harlyn Surf School.
This stretch of North Cornwall is heavenly for walkers, with lovely routes from Polzeath to Daymer Bay and on towards Rock. Catch the water taxi from Rock to Padstow and spend the day walking or cycling the wonderfully scenic Camel Trail – there are plenty of options for lunch along the way. If golf is your activity of choice, head to the St Enodoc Golf Club in Rock. Alternatively, Trevose Golf Club and Bowood Golf Club are about 35 minutes away.
Polzeath is home to a plethora of beachside cafés for a quick snack or ice cream. We’d recommend The Waterfront or Cracking Crab for something a bit more substantial or the range of restaurants and pubs in Rock, including The Mariners. Padstow is just across the estuary from Rock, with award-winning options like Paul Ainsworth at Number 6 for special occasions. If you love trying out local tipples, then a full or half day experience with Cornish Wine Tours is not to be missed.
Just above Polzeath is the rustic-luxe Cowshed Spa at the St Moritz Hotel. The ultimate space to relax and unwind, opt for a quick beauty fix or an indulgent full or half day package. The Scarlet in Mawgan Porth is a great alternative option for holiday pampering, with a range of restorative treatments on offer. Using a range of organic and natural luxury skincare, you're sure to leave feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated.
There are plenty of alternatives to family beach days nearby, including the Camel Creek Adventure Park and Dairyland Farm World, where little ones can meet the animals before letting off some steam in the indoor play area. Younger children will relish rainy days spent at the charming Macdonald's Farm near Porthcothan. For history enthusiasts, we’d recommend a day trip to the mythical Tintagel Castle, which is about 35 minutes away by car.

We enjoyed our stay at Treasure House in Polzeath. The staff were extremely helpful and the property was fantastic.
We stayed in February for a last-minute family break. Treasure House is in a fabulous position, just a short stroll to Polzeath Beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed lovely coastal walks with the dog, right on the doorstep. The house is fabulous: lots of space, well-equipped, nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, and toasty warm despite the cold outside.
Perfect Stays were very well organised and Treasure House is an excellent property. Everything was as expected and it was very easy to keep track of and make payments for the booking. We appreciated the lovely welcome hamper!

We can't recommend Treasure House enough! The best moments were: coffee on the balcony while Polzeath was still quiet, a short walk for a morning surf, and Sunday roast, then a movie by the fire. The kitchen was a great space for wine and nibbles before heading out to dinner. The property is very spacious, with so much privacy. We'll definitely return!

This is a wonderfully well-equipped house which is beautifully decorated - we really enjoyed our stay. It's only a couple of minutes to a wide sandy beach and we enjoyed exploring Polzeath. The house is spacious and the garden is secure - our golden retriever made sure to check this and we didn't lose him! Nearly everywhere nearby is dog-friendly too.

A fantastic stay in a great location. The lack of sea view is easily compensated for by the house only being a minute or two's walk from the beach. We enjoyed the extensive accommodation, huge windows to a large balcony with views of the village, the cosy log burner and hot outdoor shower. It was our second time here and we weren't disappointed.

A wonderful place for families of any age. Treasure House is beautiful and spacious. We didn't make much use of the annex as the weather has been amazing, but it would have been a real bonus had the weather been bad. We recommend trying the nduja pizza at The Waterfront - gluten free pizza bases! Also the fruits de mer at The Cracking Crab.
We have enjoyed over a decade of summer holidays in Cornwall and had another wonderful time spent in this beautiful home - the best location yet! The hamper provided on arrival was delicious. We enjoyed lovely walks and lots of time in the sea, including a great surf lesson from Wavehunters. Another fab year in Polzeath.
