Tregully’s open plan kitchen provides ample socialising space and is well-equipped for large groups. An enormous breakfast island is the perfect spot for morning coffees whilst the radio plays through the SONOS speaker. There’s a double oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge-freezer. The utility room is just next door, complete with a Siemens washing machine, tumble dryer, wine cooler and an additional fridge.
Please note: guests with pacemakers should avoid using the induction hob as this can interfere with the device.
Set beneath vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and pendent lighting, the beautifully crafted rustic wooden dining table can comfortably seat up to 12 guests.
With two plump sofas, Tregully’s sociable seating area is the perfect spot for a post-dinner nightcap in front of the crackling wood burner. Large glass doors spanning the length of the room lead out onto the enormous patio area, allowing the space to extend outside in balmy summer months.
TV Room
A home of this size demands plenty of recreational space to unwind, and the TV room is one of three living areas within Tregully – if it can be found! The undetectable door is comprised of a cleverly designed bookcase opposite the kitchen. Retreat to this enclave after dinner for a cosy movie night, complete with a Sony Smart TV, SONOS soundbar, SkyQ, Blu-ray player and Xbox 360.

In the summer months, a spacious decking area offers a great elevated spot for an evening tipple while the sun goes down, accompanied by a glimpse of the ocean on the horizon.
Bedroom Two and En-suite
This welcoming and generous king size bedroom benefits from a large en-suite with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom Three and En-suite
Set apart from bedrooms two and four, a super king zip and link bed affords the flexibility for this room to be configured as a twin, if required. It also enjoys the convenience of an en-suite shower.
Bedroom Four
A wonderfully versatile family bedroom, little ones will adore the integrated nautical bunk beds sleeping up to four children. A zip and link super king bed sleeps a further two guests, and can be set up as twins if required. The family bathroom is just next door.
Family Bathroom
A luxurious soak in the double-sized Jacuzzi bath is the perfect way to soothe aching muscles after spending the day roaming the coast path or tackling the surf.
