Tucked away in the sought-after village of Constantine Bay in North Cornwall, and loved by Tom and Giovanna Fletcher, this New England style beach house is beautifully decorated with influences from around the globe. Having recently undergone a complete design renovation, Morning Tide comfortably sleeps 10 guests over one floor and is a haven for bringing family and friends together across generations. Five bedrooms and a showstopping family bathroom branch off from the central hallway, while the communal living space is positioned at the other end, comprising a modern kitchen, cosy lounge and spacious dining area.
On warm summer days, open up the French doors and enjoy long lunches on the wraparound veranda, or take a dip in the hot tub under clear blue skies. Separated from the rest of the house, the games room is the perfect space for guests to break away from the group and challenge each other to rounds of pool, while little ones can sink into a comfy sofa and choose their favourite films for movie night.
A stay at Morning Tide places you in the heart of Cornwall’s Seven Bays. For those looking for an action-packed break, there are plenty of world-class golf courses and surfing beaches to choose from, with Trevose Championship Course and Constantine Bay Surf School on your doorstep.
Water-lovers can head to nearby Harlyn Bay for coasteering, SUP and kayak tours, while foodies will relish a trip to Padstow for decadent seafood suppers at one of Rick Stein’s restaurants.
Morning Tide is brand new to our portfolio – interactive floorplans and additional professional photography are coming soon.
