We’re always interested to hear about unique, high specification homes set within beautiful surroundings.
Stand-out features, high quality facilities and the perfect setting
Our guests expect all Perfect Stays® properties to have stand-out features that set them apart from the rest; these include spectacular views, striking architecture and gorgeous interiors. Outstanding facilities are also extremely important, and some of our most popular homes have private swimming pools, tennis courts, spa access or hot tubs.
A superb location is also essential for our guests. Whether it’s a coastal or countryside property, there should be a good range of local amenities and activities nearby.
On a practical level, our holiday homes must have dedicated private parking, great audio-visual equipment, high specification fixtures and fittings, and Wi-Fi. The property has to be legally compliant for renting (which we can advise on) and should be maintained to an exceptional standard.
Commercially viable holiday homes and locations
For us, it’s all about quality and not quantity, which is why we concentrate on the features and locations that are in high demand with our guests. We’re always open to different architectural styles, characteristics and layouts; however, we’re only able to accept detached houses, cottages, barns or penthouses, and not apartments. Essentially, our holiday homes must meet superior standards of living that really have the ‘wow’ factor.
Open conversations about locating properties and rental suitability
Our dedicated Portfolio Team are experienced at offering advice and recommendations to homeowners, or those looking to purchase or adapt a premium home for the rental market. We’re always open to discussing opportunities with homeowners, and if the property aligns with our guidelines and requirements, we’d be pleased to carry out a free survey and rental appraisal.

South Devon
At the moment, we're particularly interested in properties in South Devon, such as Salcombe, Dartmouth, Hope Cove, Bantham and surrounding areas.

Additional locations and key facilities we're looking for are detailed below. However, this is certainly not an exhaustive list and we're always happy to hear about exciting new properties in attractive destinations.

The North Cornwall coast remains a popular destination for both our new and repeat guests, so we’re always looking for the highest quality homes to sustainably complement our existing portfolio.
