The property is accessed by a 100-yard walk along a pathway from the road and has no parking facilities outside. The owner provides two parking permits so guests can park their cars in the village car park, which is located a five-minute walk away.
Keen hikers will relish the South West Coast Path located on Beachcombers’ doorstep, providing scenic walks to the fishing village of Mevagissey or the beautiful Vault Beach and Dodman Point. Venture slightly further afield along the breathtaking Roseland Peninsula to discover empty beaches and quaint harbour villages.

Directly in front of the village, Gorran Haven Beach is a pretty and sheltered cove, protected by the staggering 400ft Dodman Point. Neighbouring Little Perhaver becomes accessible at low tide and both beaches are dog-friendly.
For larger expanses of sand, keen walkers can head west for a short stint towards Vault Beach. Otherwise, hop in the car and seek further seclusion in the form of the Roseland Peninsula, dotted with golden beaches, gentle waters and picturesque harbour villages.
