We had a good week at Dartmouth. Blue Moorings was ‘perfect’ for a post-Christmas break.
The location is excellent, on the river and just a 10 minute stroll into the town but quiet enough to have the private relaxing break we needed.
It was high quality as expected and lived up to your description and the photographs. Wonderful views from the lounge and main bedroom.
It is also very close to the ferry which is handy if you come into Dartmouth from the Torbay side as we did. Parking easy outside the door and visitor space very close.
Steve from the management company called us on our way down on the Friday and was waiting to meet us as planned to show us round the property.
He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything well. We noticed the tea pot handle was cracked and he popped back with a new one within an hour.
The spa arrangements were fine, and it is only about 50 metres from the property. There is a nice pub serving good quality food close by and plenty of decent eating places even out of season. One or two attractions were closed for January but that wasn’t a problem for us. May encourage us to return!
All in all an enjoyable week.
We wont hesitate to use your company in the future if we are looking for a quality property in your area of operation.
