With a large dining table, walkable glass floor feature and plenty of light, this space is the hub of the home. There’s a lounging area which faces directly out to sea, and another that features a wood burner for cooler evenings. The spacious kitchen is perfect for crafting effortlessly gourmet meals. And a wraparound balcony showcases the best seats in the house, overlooking Widemouth Bay in the distance. The kitchen opens onto the sprawling roof terrace, which invites al fresco living and starlit celebrations, thanks to a fire pit and outdoor kitchen.
There's also a two-bedroom annexe with mesmerising sea views and an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, as well as a wellness suite with a sea-view gym and yoga studio. Next to these, a hot tub overlooks the sea while an ice bath provides a Nordic spa experience.

Swimming Pool
Naturally, you’ll fully exhale as soon as you enter the spa-like hallway which transports you into a state of bliss. Here, a light, airy and calming room holds a 10 by three metre heated pool, perfect for peaceful swims or family fun. The doors of the pool room are bifold and open onto the patio, transforming the space into a large entertainment hub, perfect for those hazy summer days.

Designed to help you reach the highest flow state, the sauna is next to the swimming pool and is perfect when paired with morning lengths.
Games Room

Master Bedroom with En-suite
Serving as the ultimate lookout, with full length windows capturing unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean, the master bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary. With a super king bed and floods of natural light, this bedroom is a romantic retreat. The wooden floors, built-in wardrobes, dark blue feature wall and lamps create a calm environment and the room’s size is generous.
In the morning, open the doors onto the patio and breathe deeply. As you watch the waves roll in at Widemouth Bay, you’ll feel instantly relaxed. Watch as the sky transforms and the sun sets over the ocean, and stay gazing when the sun retires and the sky comes to life with stars.
Designed for spa-like rejuvenation, the en-suite bathroom has a blue marble effect feature wall, freestanding bath and twin rainfall showers. Sink into a cloud of bubbles of an evening before melting into the bed.
Bedroom Two with En-suite
Spacious, calming and light, this bedroom showcases a rattan bed, along with green scalloped lamps that match the lush valley that can be seen from the window. With a super king zip and link bed, this room is perfect for one person to spread out or for two people to relax. Storage wise, there’s a wardrobe with space to hold every holiday outfit.
The en-suite tastefully marries the green theme, with floor-to-ceiling seafoam tiles, a shower and an oval light-up mirror, making it the ideal setting for relaxing bathing.
Bedroom Three with En-suite
Complete with a large window which flaunts sea views, a wooden freestanding rail for storage, a floor length mirror and two large blue lamps the same shade as the sea, this is a welcome space for two. Spend a morning lazily reading in the king sized bed whilst watching the ocean, or use it as a base for all of your adventures.
The en-suite is tastefully decorated with deep teal tiles and an oval mirror, and contains a spacious rainfall shower to provide a deeply relaxing experience.
Bedroom Four with En-suite
A colourful room with a large window that looks out onto the courtyard and countryside in the distance. With a multicoloured armchair and artwork, and a six-foot zip and link bed, this is a playful space designed to bring joy and comfort.
A sea-themed blue wet room en-suite has a rainfall shower, ready to wash away any trace of messy, fun-filled adventures on the coast.
Bedroom Five with En-suite
Sea views from the six-foot king sized zip and link bed mean that every morning is guaranteed to be a good start to the day and you can wake up slowly to the sight of the ocean. Details such as the dressing table, wardrobe and mirror make this space a home-from-home.
The en-suite contains both a rainfall shower and a bath, allowing you to choose which method of relaxation you need. The bathroom is beautifully calming, with grey full length tiles and a mirror.
Study
Perfect for pockets of peace amongst exhilarating days, the study is equipped with a green armchair that looks onto the ocean, a glass desk, and a bookshelf. With full length corner windows and a door opening out onto the courtyard, it's a light-filled nook suited to reading, working and dreaming up ideas.
Open Plan Kitchen, Living and Dining Area
The first floor is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with sea and countryside views, thanks to windows on all sides.
The living area is split into two sections, one with a blue curved sofa and white boucle chairs positioned perfectly to overlook the surreal view of the Atlantic and further Widemouth Bay. The other is a large L-shaped white sofa which faces the Stovax wood burner and LG TV. This part of the first floor is perfect for snug evenings after the sun goes down.
The kitchen is positioned to watch over the azure waters, and its colour scheme harmoniously matches that of the sea, with blue cabinets, white countertops and hanging glass lights. Gather around the island to prep a feast, using the two Miele ovens, microwave and hob. There's a large LG fridge-freezer and LG wine cooler, perfect for storing plenty of treats for the whole party. The Quooker instant boiling water tap adds ease when making hot drinks and cooking up speciality dishes. With a large pantry-style coffee station that flaunts a Siemens EQ Series coffee machine, each beverage can be barista style.
The dining area features a large wooden table, with beautiful sea views. It's a space for the whole group to come together and feast, sharing supper, stories and laughter.
First Floor Balcony
Wrapping around part of the first floor, the balcony boasts the most surreal views that you’ll never tire of. Perfect for a morning coffee or sunset cocktail, it's got plenty of comfortable seating areas which are all angled toward the awe-inspiring sea vista. On clear days, spot dolphins, basking sharks and occasional whales.
Utility and WC
The utility has ample storage, a sink and a fridge, perfect for storing plenty of goodies for those large family get-togethers.
There’s a WC upstairs too, featuring a mirrored sink and ocean blue colour scheme.
With stunning sea and countryside views, this annexe is a private sanctuary that sleeps four. Complete with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area and wooden flooring throughout, this space offers a calm refuge away from the main house.
Bedroom Six with En-suite
With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the glistening sea, this room is sure to invite relaxation and peace. A plush six-foot zip and link bed lies in wait, ready to provide ultimate comfort.
The en-suite is tastefully designed with a shower, WC and sink, perfect for rinsing off any salt from splashing in the sea.
Bedroom Seven with En-suite

Wellness Suite
Overlooking both the ocean and countryside, this space boasts unbeatable, dramatic views. Here you’ll find your very own private gym and a yoga studio.
The gym contains a 65-inch LG Smart TV, as well as dumbbells, a rowing machine, exercise bike, treadmill and a cross trainer. With plenty of space, breath-taking views, and doors that allow a cool breeze, this gym is designed for optimal endorphins.

With a truly superb vantage point overlooking the ocean, this space is next to the wellness suite. With a bubbling hot tub and an Urban Ice Tribe ice bath, here you can discover true tranquility. Courtyard
The focal point of the ground floor exterior, the courtyard is a sheltered space. Designed functionally to allow maximum enjoyment, there’s a table tennis table, along with three sofa sun beds and a large corner sofa with a three-seater extension. Days can be spent here resting in the sun, playing games and dipping in the nearby pool.

With the South West Coast Path meandering through the bay, there’s a range of walks where hidden coves, glistening waterfalls and even dolphins are waiting to be spotted. On Crooklets Beach, there’s the wood-fired Ocean Soul Sauna which is steps away from the sea and promises a Nordic spa experience.
Enchanting and unspoilt, St Nectan’s Glen will take your breath away and the nearby Tamar Lakes offer everything from watersports to wildlife-spotting. Charming Boscastle has a quaint harbour, farm shop and plenty of walking routes.
Golfing's rich here, with courses like the Bude and North Cornwall Golf Club and the Ivyleaf Golf Course and Driving Range, both overlooking the stunning coastline.
An epic two miles long, Widemouth Bay is a Blue Flag awarded beach famous for its consistent waves and prehistoric striped cliffs. Dubbed Black Rock, the south side of the beach is dog-friendly, rocky and quiet, with bountiful rockpools. The north side is a sandy refuge, with rolling waves, a café and an abundance of space, making it ideal for family picnics in the sand and dips in the sea. The OA surf club will get you your first wave and Freewave Surf Academy offer thrills with activities like coasteering and paddleboarding.
Just around the corner, there’s Bude’s beautiful beaches, Summerleaze and Crooklets. Both also boast a Blue Flag and have a history of being loved by many, with their colourful beach huts and Victorian era tidal pool.
At both The Widemouth Manor and The Bay View Inn, you can enjoy locally sourced food with the sun setting over the sea as the backdrop. The Widemouth Bay Café is great for a light snack and The Beach House Widemouth is listed by The Times as one of the top beachside bars and restaurants in the UK and promises a homely feeling. The Weir is nearby, set on a lake amongst wildlife, it's dog-friendly and has a children’s play area.
In Bude, there’s a selection of eateries like The Bank, a tapas restaurant, the Electric Bakery, a sweet-tooth's dream, and Rosie’s Kitchen, a beachside diner. The Olive Tree sits along the canal and is ever-popular, with outdoor seating and Italian and Cornish flavours. The Falcon Hotel is home to the Tide and Table restaurant, who put sustainability and relaxed dining at their heart.
On the Bude Canal, there’s guided tours and the option of hiring rowing boats and pedalos. Beside the canal the Castle Heritage Centre has a café and captivating family-friendly exhibitions. Budehaven Recreation Ground features a crazy golf course and table tennis, making it perfect for children of all ages.The Venue has soft play and bowling and just opposite it there's Bude Leisure Centre which has a swimming pool with a flume and wave machine. There's also a Monster Slip and Slide in Bude, perfect for adrenaline-seekers. Tintagel Castle has inspired many myths and legends and its ruins lay on the cliffs and an island walkable by a footbridge. When the tide’s out, Merlin's Cave can be explored and there's a café to refuel.
In the summer, there’s the Bude Food Festival. Held in the castle grounds, it celebrates delicious local artisan food and drink. At the same location, there's the Bude Jazz Festival, where musicians from across the country gather to fill the town with tuneful melodies.
