Spacious and modern, Samphire can accommodate eight guests across five bedrooms. With expansive patio doors and a section of glass ceiling, the ground floor is flooded with natural light during the day.
The sleek interiors feature bright splashes of colour throughout, adding a delightfully quirky feel to the property. The open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge offer an ideal space for socialising with family and friends. After long days by the beach, gather together on the corner sofa and get the competitive juices flowing with board games beside the wood burner.
Upstairs, there is a beautiful master bedroom with an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. With lovely views across the garden, the twin room is bright and spacious. Next door to the family bathroom is another stylish double. The glass floored balcony boasts incredible views across the headland and out to sea - it’s a charming modern day version of a quarterdeck.
The luscious garden runs around two sides of the property and is a great space for children or pets to play. An absolute sun trap, the rear decking area is perfect for al fresco dining and the hot outdoor shower is ideal for sandy returns from the beach.
One of Cornwall's Seven Bays, Trevone is just a five minute drive from the golden Harlyn Bay, whilst Constantine Bay, Booby’s Bay and Treyarnon Bay are all within 10-15 minutes by car.
After long days at the beach, head to the foodie hub of Padstow for laid back fish and chips at Rick Stein's or something a bit more special at Paul Ainsworth's Michelin-starred Number 6.

Finished in striking gloss green, granite and steel effect, Samphire’s spacious kitchen is well equipped for whipping up holiday feasts, with an integrated fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. Open a bottle of wine and sit around the breakfast bar as the designated cook takes care of the evening meal.
With double doors opening onto the garden at both ends, the dining room is always flooded with natural light. Open the doors on warm evenings and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze.
The living room is dotted with seating areas, so different members of the group can break off and do their own thing on rainy afternoons. The main corner sofa centres around the wall mounted LCD television, which benefits from a DVD player and Freeview. The perfect spot for reading the Sunday papers, an additional sofa is located opposite a pair of double doors that open onto the garden. All seating areas are bathed in the warm glow of the wood burner on wintry days and chilly nights.
The lovely sunroom is nestled at the far end of the living area, and teenagers will love lounging about on the bean bags.

Set on the ground floor, this easily accessible bedroom has a single three foot bed and its own en-suite with a shower.

Perfect for a teenager or grandparent, this ground floor single bedroom comes with a three foot bed and television. There’s also a handy WC just next door.

Dotted with apple trees, Samphire’s enclosed garden is great for children and dogs and can be made even more secure by locking the two side gates. There’s also a heated outdoor shower for sandy returns from the beach.
With an outdoor dining table and charcoal barbeque, come together for summer lunches on the patio. And enjoy late night drinks on the decked area, which is enclosed by glass balustrades.

Unfortunately, the garage can’t be used for parking, but there is an undercover parking bay between the garage and the house. There’s enough room to park three cars at Samphire.
