Set a short walk from the golden sands of Trevone Beach, Samphire is a bright and spacious home that makes for an idyllic retreat with family and friends on Cornwall’s north coast. Sleeping eight guests across five bedrooms, this contemporary house is dog-friendly and enjoys beautiful sea views.
On the ground floor, an open plan living area is flooded with natural light. The kitchen, dining area, lounge and sunroom provide a wonderful space for socialising throughout the day. Double doors open onto the garden at both ends, inviting fresh sea air and sunshine to morning breakfasts and restful evenings cosied up beside the wood burner.
The master bedroom lies upstairs and boasts an en-suite, walk-in wardrobe, and picturesque ocean views. Bedroom two, a stylish double, sits opposite and neighbours the sparkling family bathroom. A snug area faces the glass-floored balcony which frames a far-reaching vista of the sea and headland. Bedroom three completes the first floor and features a Juliet balcony and a large Velux window that also takes advantage of the coastal views.

Samphire’s enclosed garden provides a fantastic space for children and playful pooches to make the most of fine weather. A suntrap in the summer months, the rear decking area is perfect for al fresco dining, while the outdoor shower ensures sandy footprints needn’t venture indoors after a day on the beach.
Trevone is one of Cornwall’s iconic Seven Bays and lies a short five-minute drive from another in Harlyn Bay. Constantine Bay, Booby’s Bay, and Treyarnon Bay are all within 10 to 15 minutes by car. This collection of sweeping sands offers endless adventures.
After a day soaking up the best of the coast, head to Cornwall’s foodie capital of Padstow for culinary indulgence. From fish and chips at Rick Stein’s to fine dining at Paul Ainsworth’s Michelin-starred Number 6, our Concierge team is on-hand to find a table for all tastes and occasions.
