A true home-from-home, Bodillian overlooks the sweeping crescent beach at Praa Sands. Ideally located for surfing retreats, family holidays and special occasions, discover the West Cornwall coastline from this tranquil retreat. 

With a unique upside-down design, the open plan living space occupies the whole first floor. Kick off your shoes, open the large patio doors and take up residence on the balcony, while the blue horizon provides a calming backdrop. It’s the ideal spot to savour a drink, catch the last few rays in the evening and watch the sunset. Bodillian is also centre stage for watching the powerful storms roll in, so cosy up in front of the electric fire on blustery days and dark evenings.   

Four gorgeous bedrooms are located on the ground floor, three with en-suites and the other opposite a family bathroom. Accessed through the surf store, the large terrace comes with a built in barbeque and outdoor refrigerator to store those easy-to-reach drinks and nibbles for afternoons spent al fresco.

A mile of white sand backed by peaks of sand dunes makes Praa Sands a heavenly escape from everyday life. The consistent surf rolling in off the Atlantic completes Praa Sands, while the neighbouring beaches of Rinsey and Porthleven are a paradise for keen surfers. 

Enjoy a lazy day on the beach before heading to The Beachcomber café for a laid back lunch. Then make the trip to the burgeoning foodie destination of Porthleven for celebratory meals and fine dining in the evening. Home to Amelies, Kota and Kota Kai, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to fresh produce. Ideally located for exploring West Cornwall’s greatest treasures, the iconic St Michael’s Mount, Minack Theatre and Land’s End are all within a 45 minute drive of Praa Sands.

A spacious and inviting bedroom with views looking out to sea and a beckoning super king bed. Filled with light and beautifully furnished, the master bedroom enjoys its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom Two

A versatile, sea-view room, bedroom one features a king size zip and link bed that can be converted into twins. It’s also just across the hall from the family bathroom. 

Bedroom Three

Relax and enjoy calming sea views from bedroom three’s king size bed. Finished in stylish white and grey, it also benefits from an en-suite shower room.
 

Bedroom Four 

Lovely and spacious, the fourth bedroom comes with an en-suite and features a versatile zip and link bed, which can be made up as a super king or twins.  

Family Bathroom

Just across the hall from bedroom one, the family bathroom is equipped with a deep bath and walk-in shower. 

Surf Store

A handy surf store on the ground floor also provides access out onto the large patio.

Open Plan Kitchen, Lounge and Dining Area

Bodillian has been designed to make the most of the incredible sea views, enhanced by two Juliet balconies and large patio doors leading out onto the balcony.

This large, open plan space is incredibly social, equipped with a PlayStation 4, Sonos sound bar and 50 inch flat screen TV, which comes with a full Sky HD package. There's also an electric fire, perfect for warming up after a day spent exploring the west coast.

Overlooking the picture-postcard coastline, Bodillian’s circular dining table is in the ideal spot for dinner with a view. The kitchen is well-equipped with a five ring ceramic hob, microwave and microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as an Electrolux washer dryer.

Garden

Bodillian’s enormous paved terrace is set at the front of the property and overlooks the ocean. When the weather is on side, it becomes a fantastic evening venue with a built in charcoal barbeque and external fridge for easy access refreshments. With lots of outdoor seating, it’s a tempting sunbathing and sunset-watching spot.

There’s also a handheld tap for rinsing boards, wetsuits and sandy feet, as well as hanging facilities for drying.

There’s parking for three cars at the rear of the property.
