The following properties are either on one level or compatible with stairgates. Boasting sweeping ocean views, The Paddock is perfect for children of all ages and sleeps up to 14 guests. After mornings spent at Trebarwith Strand Beach, rinse sandy feet in the outdoor shower and enjoy picnics and games in the enclosed garden. The grassy lawn, complete with swingset, is perfect for young children.

Embrace long, summer evenings by cooking up a feast in the outdoor kitchen’s pizza oven to enjoy on the sea-view terrace. Gather around the fire pit to toast marshmallows or make a cocktail at the in-house bar for sundowner drinks.

On rainy days, the games room at the bottom of the garden provides entertainment for all the family, with table tennis, darts and a bar-style seating area. The large dining table is perfect for family suppers and board games nights with a sea view. Later, sink into the sumptuous sofa and enjoy a film with the wood burner lit, or get cosy in the snug, where the PlayStation 4 and Smart TV invite games tournaments and movie marathons.

Accessibility: This property has two ground floor bedroom and bathrooms. There are a few steps around the property but telescopic channel ramps are available on request.
