Utility Room

A spacious utility room with Siemens washing machine and tumble dryer. This room leads out to the front lawn where guests will find a welcome heated outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet.

Glass patio doors surround the dining and kitchen area on three sides providing a stretching panoramic of the winding estuary, peppered with sailing boats.

The excellently-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar consists of an American-style, LG fridge-freezer with ice and water dispenser, Siemens single over, steam oven, microwave oven and warming drawer, Siemens 4 ring induction hob, wine cooler and 2 Bosch dishwashers. The area is intuitively social, overlooking the large maple dining table to seat 14. Sliding patio doors open up this bright space and provide access on to the vast decked area.

Please note: guests with pacemakers should avoid using the Induction Hob as this can interfere with the device.

Media Room/Play Room

A cosy media room with plush sofas and a 50” Panasonic TV with Sky HD and BluRay player – perfect the children and relaxing with a movie. This room also has a handy en-suite bath room with walk-in shower.

 

Lounge

The elegantly furnished lounge is luxuriantly spacious with long inviting sofas set around a grand wood burner. Refreshingly, this room is purposely absent of a TV, instead intended to be a space for socialising and relaxing. From here, patio doors lead out onto the decking.

TV Room

A separate TV room to the Media Room, this space works well for the adults to come together and enjoy a bit of television. Large Velfac doors slide across to lead out on to a spacious patio area.

Bedroom Four with En-Suite

Endless estuary views stretching across to Padstow from the sumptuous super king bed, this room enjoys access onto the large decking. A perfectly appointed en-suite is complete with a deep bath tub and spacious wet room-style rainfall shower.

Parking

The lane leading to Lower Cole is quite narrow, and privately owner, with no space for turning in. For this reason, the parking is restricted to a maximum of 3 cars to allow for plenty of room to manoeuvre. For additional vehicles, Rock carpark is a very short walk away.

Our inclusive concierge team and holiday planners will be able to help you book anything that you want to do during your perfect stay.

Concierge Services

We provide an inclusive concierge service to all our guests staying at any of our luxury holiday homes. Just think of all that time that we can save you making dinner reservations, organising a chef, booking the kids in for surf lessons, or we can just be a resource for the lowdown on everything local!

There is no additional charge for this telephone concierge service and we do not mark up any services that we procure for you. It's our most highly rated and talked about service and if you want us to help organise anything for your stay, just call us for more information.

Additional Housekeeping

We can offer a whole range of additional housekeeper services to suit you and your individual requirements. If you are looking for daily or regular housekeeping during your stay, or perhaps more frequent linen and towel changes, then this can normally be provided by our housekeeping partners.

There will be a local service charge to pay to the housekeeping company although our concierge team can organise this for you. n.b. Some housekeeping companies do not always work on Sundays and have a minimum service time.

Authentic Thai and Indian

Learn to cook … Indian and Thai food in the luxury of your Perfect Stays holiday home. A chef tutor will visit the house with all the necessary ingredients to teach you the tricks of the trade, or work with you on any particular dish you wish to master.

Babysitting

Babysitting or childcare can be a very important part of a stay, particularly if you want to go to perhaps a great fine dining restaurant or maybe spend the day on non child friendly activities.

We have access to a number of childcare professionals or local babysitters that are close to all our properties. n.b. Due to insurance reasons, we only pass on names and numbers and leave you to make the final decision on who to employ.

Bike Hire

If you don’t want to bring your bikes with you on your stay, we can hire them for you and have them delivered to the house. If you just want to turn up at one location and cycle to another, our cycle hire partner can also deliver and collect them from any location in Cornwall.

There are a whole range of different bikes and accessories that can be hired including bike child seats! All bikes also come with helmets, locks, puncture repair kits, pumps and spare inner tubes.

Board and Kayak Hire

If you need to hire surf boards, paddle boards or kayaks for the duration or part of your stay, we can organise this for you.

We can source surfboards suitable for all abilities, such as foam boards for beginners. Kayaks are a great way of exploring the incredible coastline and waterways near your holiday home.

The general requirement is that you must be able to swim before you can hire any equipment. We strongly recommend that you always obtain professional lessons before ever taking to the water, which we can also organise for you.

Boat Trips

Whether it’s a private boat charter to enjoy a relaxing afternoon exploring the coastline, a day out at sea to catch some fish for dinner, or a high speed ride on a rib searching for wildlife, we can arrange it for you!

Private group trips are available and trips range from 2 hours to full days. Ask our concierge team for more details.

Bread Making and Baking

Learn to cook … bread in the luxury of your Perfect Stays holiday home. A chef tutor will visit the house with all the necessary ingredients and teach you the tricks of the trade, or work with you on any particular type of bread you wish to master.

Chef Prepared Dinners

Chef Prepared Dinners service is a very flexible bespoke food service. Simply discuss the food you would like with one of our partner chefs, they will prepare it and deliver it to you on an agreed day, together with cooking instructions!

All you have to do is turn on the cooker for items that need cooking, follow a few simple instructions and hey presto, a gourmet banquet is on the table! As well as gourmet food, you can also order simple homemade dishes. We have limited availability so always book early.

Classic French Cuisine

To save all the bother and important car space, we can normally arrange for your groceries to be delivered and packed away in the fridge, freezer and cupboards before your arrival.* This is a great way to start your stay and avoids the big shop on arrival and all that unnecessary time!

There is normally a small local service charge for this service although it always works best if we use one of our local grocery shop partners. *National supermarket deliveries normally need to be delivered after your arrival unless agreed in advance with our local services company.

Massage and Beauty

If you would like to visit a spa during your stay, we can recommend the best local spa to visit and book treatments for you. If you would like a massage, facial or manicure in the privacy of a Perfect Stays holiday home, we can arrange for the masseuse/therapist to come to you. Our trained and professional service partners bring everything required to help you unwind and de-stress.

Patisserie

We work with a small number of highly experienced chefs that can provide food to the very highest standards and in addition to preparing and serving gastronomic delights, they also clean and wash up afterwards! This is our most popular in-house service, we recommend booking early to prevent any disappointment.

Restaurant Reservations

Our concierge team can recommend the best restaurants in the area to help you get the most out of your stay and we’ll even take care of all of the reservations for you too.

When in Cornwall, it’s difficult to resist the temptation get into the water and give surfing a go, so we can recommend the best local surf schools and private surf coaches to help you get the most out of surf lessons during your stay.

The Wine Merchant

To save space in the car, allow us to stock the wine fridge up for your arrival. We work with a small number of local wine merchants who will deliver to your Perfect Stays holiday home or work with our local services company to get the deliveries to you.

As well as being a space and time saving service, it can also give you greater access to locally made wines and spirits which you may not have come across before.

Transport

If you decide to fly or get the train to your holiday home destination we can help to organise car hire for your stay to help you explore the local area. We can also book taxis for transfers to and from the airport/train station, as well as booking taxis to get you to and from your dinner reservations or for any other reason you may require one.

Our concierge team are on hand from the point of booking right up to the end of your stay so please do contact us if you would like any help at all.

Watersports

Our concierge team can advise on all local watersport activities available such as stand up paddleboarding, jet skis, kayaking, coasteering, waterskiing, wakeboarding, ringos, sailing, powerboat courses and much more.

We can book lessons for you and liaise with individual watersport companies to ensure the service is tailored to your ability and experience.

Wood Fired Pizza Experience

Wood Fired Pizzas are very tasty and take on average just 90 seconds to cook! Our partner chef will turn up to your Perfect Stays holiday home (in rain or shine!) and set up his mobile wood fired pizza oven and gazebos. After around an hour, it’s ready to go and pizza all round.

This is a real fun and interactive food experience that can involve the whole family. You can prepare the dough, decorate it with you personal pizza topping and then cook it as well.
