We release our availability for the year ahead, property by property in April, May and June. Homes will start to appear on this page as soon as they’re available to book for 2027.
However, we highly recommend registering your interest with our team to secure your favourite property and your preferred holiday dates. This means that our Property Advisors will contact you directly to offer first refusal, before we release live availability on our website.
By registering your interest with our team (via email or over the phone), you’ll have early access to our 2027 dates before they go live on our website, with no fee or obligation to book.
Please note that our property owners often stay at the properties themselves, and therefore we’re unable to guarantee that your week will be available for bookings. We also offer repeat guests the opportunity to book the same dates for 2027, however should they decide not to re-book, we’d then contact any enquirers who have registered their interest in those dates.
We require the following: the name of your chosen property; your preferred holiday dates; your group size; the number, age and breed of any dogs; and any access needs you’d like us to be aware of. This can be shared with us via email on info@perfectstays.co.uk or over the phone on 01208 895 570.
We can register your interest for your preferred holiday home and make a note of any other favourites. If the property you’re hoping to book isn’t available when we release availability, we’ll check your “favourites” list against your preferred dates, before widening our search for similar properties in nearby areas. We’ll liaise with you directly about alternative dates and properties that could meet your needs.
From the moment of booking one of our holiday homes, our inclusive concierge service is provided at no additional cost, to take the stress out of planning your trip. Whether it’s booking wine tastings, in-house spa treatments and private surf lessons, or taking care of practical details like taxi reservations, our knowledgeable Concierge team are on hand to help.
